At times your drinks may not be consistent and when there are staff changes you can get really old bitter coffee. Take out is offered and efficient with a separate pick up area. One note of caution; avoid the Panera on Long Island at Republic Shopping Center on Broad Hallow Rd. The associates are rude and indifferent. I have never experienced this in any other Panera in any State.”
