“Was excited to see the new location -- going to be great for pit-stops en route to Montauk -- and in my experience it lived up to the original in Napeague. We had the NE Clam Chowder and Lobster Bisque to start, and then fish and chips and a cold lobster roll to finish. Everything was excellent, fluffy light tempura style fried fish, buttery lobster chunks. Was surprised to see the soups served in diner-style coffee mugs (perhaps a holdover from the Greek diner that was in the location before), but that ended up not being a problem, kind of cute. The new restaurant decor is sleek and modern, elegant, though the restaurant seemed a bit overstaffed (more workers than customers, though I'm sure they'll find a balance after the first few weeks). Only complaint is the fries could be slightly improved, they tend to be kind of dry, but that's hardly a complaint when the fish is *out of this world*!”

“If you know what you’re getting into - having a wild time dancing with your crew, and are okay dealing with close quarters and a lot of action - then beach bar can make for one hell of a good night. Went for a bachelor party and we had an excellent time. 4/5 stars because I lost my phone and one of the boys in our crew got bounced (eventually let back in.”

“Favorite place to stay in Hampton Bays. Quaint, beautiful grounds. Breakfast at the restaurant is an absolute must. It's worth noting that it is within 15 minutes of Boardy Barn so there's definitely a chance of a rowdy group staying there. The price point generally filters that out but it's something to consider. I would strongly recommend staying here. If you don't plan on going to breakfast, you are making a mistake. Breakfast (and the windmill) is absolutely the star of the show at Hampton Maid”

“I'm a big fan of this 7-11, and go there every day that I'm at work. They have a decent selection, super blow pops, and the girls that work there are pretty cute. The only bad thing about the place is the parking lot. The lot itself isn't terrible--it's a little beat up, sure--but it seems that when somebody enters the parking lot and the spots in front of the store are taken, they just park their car wherever they please. This drives me nuts. Is there yellow lines in that spot?!?! no? why are you parked there!?!?”
