“Noticed this gem of a new restaurant while running errands and had to go on. Beautiful interior, friendly wait staff and an owner who interacts with his customers. Soft opening had a limited menu but it was more than enough to select from. Best garlic bread, delicious Cesar salad but the highlight was of course the lasagna! We had short rib lasagna and eggplant lasagna. They are made to order, come out piping hot. The sauce is amazing, noodles are cooked well, not soggy. And oh yes, the chef brought out the daily special for the owner to try. We made a joke that we would be more than willing to do a taste test, and they brought some to us. Chicken was soft and had a beautiful breading andsauce. The award winning home made tiramisu was the lightest, most decadent I have had. Run to this soon to be hot spot in Huntington. We will be back again and again!”

“EDIT: Owner reached out and was overly accommodating. I will be completely honest smoothies are great here and I go twice a week. I was disappointed with the staff but clearly owners care about customer service and immediately accommodated me. I will definitely be back. They might as well close at 730. Showed up at 745 and they said no more smoothies (when they close at 8?) I get off of work at 6 rush to the gym next door to get there by 645, workout for an hour for some kid behind the counter to not want to make me a smoothie because they don’t wash the rewash the blender. Extremely aggravating, just close earlier but don’t deny someone something during business hours”

“Takeout seafood in the style of a New England clam shack. Three different types of lobster rolls for only $22 with fries (a very good price in the North Fork.) The fried calamari with aioli and peperoncini was great too. Mostly takeout, has a few tables in front to eat on site, or walk over to Mitchell Park and enjoy the view while you eat.”

“Had take out last evening. Very prompt delivery. It was not to our liking. The main course food was very salty and there was very little meat in the large containers of noodles and rice. The egg roll arrived very soggy and not hot although the taste of the filling was good. I imagine if you had this meal when it first came out of the kitchen it might be better. I am not sure what style food this is? It appears that others have liked it, so maybe it was just a big miss for us. We won't be back but I wish the new owner success!”

“If you know what you’re getting into - having a wild time dancing with your crew, and are okay dealing with close quarters and a lot of action - then beach bar can make for one hell of a good night. Went for a bachelor party and we had an excellent time. 4/5 stars because I lost my phone and one of the boys in our crew got bounced (eventually let back in.”

“Favorite place to stay in Hampton Bays. Quaint, beautiful grounds. Breakfast at the restaurant is an absolute must. It's worth noting that it is within 15 minutes of Boardy Barn so there's definitely a chance of a rowdy group staying there. The price point generally filters that out but it's something to consider. I would strongly recommend staying here. If you don't plan on going to breakfast, you are making a mistake. Breakfast (and the windmill) is absolutely the star of the show at Hampton Maid”

“Wow, where to begin! My husband and I came for a long weekend and stayed at Rose Hill for our wedding anniversary. We were blown away by the beautiful accommodations, amazing food and incredibly friendly staff. We did several wine tastings in the area but Rose Hill had by far our favorite wine and atmosphere.
