“You have to know what is good there because a lot of stuff that they make are just terrible. Before the pandemic, I used to wince at the sight of their catering food. If I was not starving, I'd skip all of them. But then, lo and behold, I became a regular in the morning because they open early and have a nice dining space (plus on-site free parking, which is surprisingly not that common for coffee shops in the Ithaca area). Their latte is reliably decent and strong for me to work through the morning. I've sampled many of their pastry offerings and I dislike most of them with two notable exceptions: cannoli and apple puff. Those are actually good. I always take time to look through their pastry display case and will try new things when they have them. Service is usually efficient and some employees are excellent.”

“My husband and I came to the area on a work trip. By the time we arrived to the inn last night, it was late and we were starving. Not knowing the area, we googled places to eat. This place looked cool and low key so we figured we would give it a shot. SO glad we did! The food was delicious, the bartender was welcoming, and the owner was so personable. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a drink and food for anyone passing through or visiting. We wish we had a place like this by us! Would come back again without a doubt!”

“I accidentally placed my order to this subway instead of the one in the mall. After being treated horribly by the owner at the Ithaca mall subway. I had called to apologize to this subway for my mistake. Not only was the gentleman very nice and apologetic for what happened he was able to get someone to have it delivered to me at the mall because I couldn't leave to get it due to there wasn't enough time on my lunch break. I wish i caught his name because I'm so so grateful for him!”

“Ok people who are giving this 1 star and comparing it to large sit down restaurants need to chill. They're super friendly and provide excellent food for the money. It's a fast serve mall food court restaurant, and I have always had an excellent experience here. It's a family run place, and they'll nearly always hook you up with extra portions or discounts. Highly recommended for that quick Chinese food craving.”

This more clearly is related to the time it takes to be seated, drink order or food order to be taken, and the every now and again check in for other refreshments. If you eat this sandwich and Shake in like 45 minutes or something you get a T-shirt! I have yet to do the challenge but a friend of mine has.
