“We went to Arrowood Farm Brewery on a unseasonably warm January evening to track down a beer I had two years earlier. Despite that particular beer no longer being in production the lovely staff helped me find the closest thing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the beers are fantastic, and although we didn't eat, the food looked really good. I will absolutely visit this place again.”

“Such a charming spot! We enjoyed the most beautiful and relaxing Fall weekend at Stonehill's. The room was quiet and cozy with lovely vintage details, a gorgeous bathroom, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The whole space is thoughtfully designed, yet laid back and unpretentious. We loved hanging out around the fire pit with a cocktail and taking in the fresh air and foliage. The on-site food truck is a huge win. There are plenty of well-spaced outdoor tables to enjoy fresh, seasonal deliciousness - including eggs from their own chickens! We also took the private trail to the brewery one evening, which was tons of fun - so rare to have something like that within walking distance when you're out in the country. Overall, a perfect home base for a Hudson Valley / Catskills getaway.”

“Don't let outward appearances chase you away. This may look like a little, run down shack by the side of the road but it is a great place to go to get pizza and beer. There's a deli too, but not a whole lot else going on here. The pizza is very good; hand tossed and baked just right. Price is good too. If you're having a party or camping in the middle of nowhere, stop in and grab a pizza and something to wash it down with.”

“Let it be said that I generally despise pubs, bars, etc of any kind (even though I've been to more than I can count from small towns in NH to bars in Jersey and Boston). The food and service was so good here that I forgot I was in one. I ordered the lamb burger last night and it was honestly the BEST burger I have had in the last 10 years. I would say the same thing about the fries-- its been a long time since I've had them so perfectly crispy. All of the servers were super attentive, but it was a very laid back feel (I feel like it's so hard to get the right balance between attentive and hovering, but it was PERFECT here!) Anyone who is in the area NEEDS to go here. I'm impressed beyond words.”
