“Amazing selection of freshly brewed coffees or teas. A choice of sweet bites or treats with a cute little English section of imported items. Breakfast or lunch options which the staff were happy to change or add to if requested. Small bar inside for seats but plenty of seating outside the front or back, perfect for multiple kids or dogs ! A range of locally brewed beers for sale including the stores own Yard owl. Was a great stop off before and after a hike, will be coming back.”

“We stopped here yesterday for coffee & oatmeal. It was delicious. the coffee and latte w/soy milk were a deep, rich coffee flavor without the bitterness. The steel cut oats were creamy and the choice of toppings was extensive. I chose the fresh bananas and locally made granola, yum... I decided to take home servings of the Lentil & Minestrone soups - Rich, thick & not overwhelming spiced up. “I'm glad to see McDonald's is updating their atmosphere to resemble more of a diner feel then a fast food eatery with the horrible bright colors they used to have. I am also glad to see they are removing their playrooms, or putting them in a separate section, so you can enjoy the meal if you happen not to be there with children. They have also updated some of their services which is a great improvement. You can actually have a meal brought to your table. I do like their new and improved menu and the staff seem to always friendly.”

“I was exhausted amidst a 135 mile bike ride and stopped in for some sandwiches and refueling. I was greeted by friendly staff willing to talk me through their favorites on the menu as well as a nice selection of local and imported cheeses. I picked up a camembert from chaseholm farms and some delicious pickled beets along with two well crafted tasty deli sandwiches served on good bread. Couldn't ask for more from a quick sandwich and food stop.”
