The take our location opened in 2011 and in 2015 they expanded next door to add a restaurant and a bar. Elmer (chef and owner) is always there and he is happy to answer questions about your meal We had an amazing coffee ice cream that tasted like chocolate! He told us, family members sent him some very hard to get coffee beans from Guatemala and he was able to make a few pounds of ice cream. It was delicious.”

“I can tell you that this is not some pizza joint, Terra Rustica is a higher-end Italian restaurant. They are very clean and very attentive. The young man filling the water never let me get more than 3 sips before he refilled. Everyone was great. We were a little underdressed having come from JFK, but we were treated like a million bucks. My wife loved the seafood pasta, the kids loved their lasagna. Now my daughter says it is her favorite food after eating here! I had a pizza. The pizza was thin crust, amazing homemade sauce and the meat was shredded and so good. I would eat there again in a heartbeat. We didn't try the wine, but they had an impressive collection. If you have a special occasion or want to impress your date, this is the place to go.”

“When you first walk in the restaurant it has a weird smell, I’m not not sure what that is about. However, this smell does not carry to the food and the ambiance. I went with a group of co workers during the work day and the service was great! The waiter was attentive and didn’t mess up the order. They give a generous amount of yummy chips and salsa which is always a good sign for a Mexican restaurant. The drinks were good and the food was even better. I had the steak taco bowl, the meat was tender and flavorful! I also had the doritas for desert and it was light and yummy. The meals were also reasonable priced. I will return again- maybe for ladies night on Thursday!”

“Went in for lunch on a Saturday with my in-laws and got a table around 12:30 immediately. Once we say down we had water and coffee right away along with the coleslaw (it was amazing). We placed our orders and had a wonderful meal, all of our plates were filled with food so come with an empty stomach or be ready for leftovers. My mother-in-law did get a burger which was over-cooked but she still said it was yummy. We look forward to going back soon!”
