“We had dinner here in the summer. It was very quiet and we had great service. The house roasted potatoes were fantastic, excellent baked trout, good burgers, and several good local drafts. What really shone was the outdoor seating - really nicely done and well kept. Quaint garden atmosphere with shade, nicely decorated deck, and well maintained grounds. Check them out.”

“This is a long-standing gem that is a favorite for locals but also friendly to tourists. Pick a county to sit in! The kids loved looking at all of the things on the walls. We ate breakfast here two days in a row and had everything from pancakes to breakfast sandwiches to grits and home fries. Friendly service and AMAZING homemade jelly that was also available for sale. We will make this a regular stop when visiting the mountains.”
