“Blanca makes gorgeous cakes for all occasions, and the best ever Central American meals. My love of Blanca's is the meals. I follow a plant base diet and can get an entire meal there: rice and beans, fried plantains, a salad, plantain chips, yucca, and a fine dessert. My husband's favorite is the Cuban sandwich. There are many meat and cheeses options, for omnivores. The restaurant is bright and cheerful, with booths and tables. During Covid, you may order take-out. Blanca's is fine!”
