“Visited Camp Coffee this morning for their soft opening. They were still sorting out some of their equipment and decor, but that's part of the soft opening experience. The staff were friendly, the shop was clean despite the preparation going on, the atmosphere was inviting, and the coffee was tasty. Those are my primary criteria for a coffee shop. I hope Camp does well, and I hope to see them expand their hours; my biggest gripe with Highland before it closed was simply that it had terrible hours. Having a cozy spot for a date or to read a good book is something our town desperately needs.”

“Today 15-10 Combat Veterans Motorcycle Club (CVMA) rode to Buffalo Mercantile Company and Cafe. It is a long, but scenic ride. Because of the location, feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, it would be easy to drive right by this place. Once inside this quaint 100 yr old building is a mercantile that also includes some antiques and pottery. In the back is a small dining area that is rustic and clean. We had reservations for 12 and all agreed the food was great. Sandwiches and pizzas, made with homemade crust, were flavorful and fresh. Would recommend the Mercantile for a day outing.”

“Rough at getting specialized orders right. Ordered lattes with 2 extra shots of espresso, ended up with a coffee extra shots. This has happened several times even though directions where given to use a large coffee cup to hold all the contents. Positive zi recently learned is you can get packs of honey with nuggets, which is actually good. Make sure you use their app, since you buy 5 latte and get 1 free, among other coupons, usually 1 dollar off to 2 off order.”
