“I stopped by this place and thought it was exceptional. Very very impressed. It will be my go to taco truck for the week. Very nice and hardworking people. I told the owner about marketing and advertising and was told that they are working on it. I asked them about posting their food truck on Google maps and they didn't know what Google maps was. They seemed like an older couple so I figured I'd help them out by adding their location on to Google maps because that's how highly I thought of their food. I've tried their tacos and burritos and they're great. Their tacos are larger than your avg food truck taco. Their Al pastor and Carne asada is some of the best around. Tacos = 5/5 Burrito = 5/5 Price = really fair.”

“Very Excited Biscuitville opened a location in Hickory. Scratch-made biscuits are cooked up every 15 minutes, friendly staff, and clean dining area. I would highly recommend the biscuits, muffins, pancakes and grits. Get there early or go inside to avoid the long drive-thru lines !”

“Overall the food was good. I feel the pork belly laab can definitely be more flavoring. To me it's more sour, I would've liked more herbs, such as mint and more laab powder. The papaya salad was good, I would highly recommend a better container to place them in. The crispy pork belly was moist, crispy and delicious.”

“If you love seafood you will love this restaurant! I noticed there was a couple really poor reviews about the service. I didn’t experience that at all. The service was professional and friendly- they were just super busy. If you’ve never worked at a restaurant, it’s very easy to make a poor judgment about the service just because you don’t get a server to rush over to your table the moment you snap your fingers. I would say the service was a little above average. Oh, but let’s talk about the food! If you love seafood and delicious fresh Mexican cuisine, this is definitely the place for you! The shrimp cocktail that I ordered was an extra large and I could barely finish it- it was Huge! I had three other friends with me so I sampled their sautéed shrimp dishes and they were mouthwatering and delightful! Overall I give this new restaurant five stars and I think you’ll really enjoy it too.”

“Absolute perfection. Reservations highly recommend (possibly even required?) since it is a newer location with a ton of buzz, but even the reservation process was a breeze. For me, the cocktail menu was a major highlight. There was some super unique twists on some classics that really showed the creativity and personality of the bartender and restaurant as a whole. The food menu was similar in that regard. Things I have been eating for years came out looking fresh and interesting, and I was introduced to some new flavors that really floored me. We were lucky enough to be able to sit at the kitchen bar and witness some of the process as well, and the staff in the kitchen worked like a well-oiled machine. Everything was clean and beautiful and the entire thing was an extremely pleasant sensory experience that I haven't witnessed in quite some time. From the atmosphere to the decorations to the staff and everything mentioned above, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. I will absolutely be back and I've already recommended it to several family and friends. Looking forward to the next visit and you should too!”

“We are very glad to have an Indian restaurant in Hickory! We ordered three dishes as supper for two adults and two kids, and all three were very good and flavorful. We asked for them to not be spicy, and the kids were able to eat all three. The online ordering was convenient and the pickup was easy. If I had to find anything to complain about, it's that the food isn't inexpensive, but the best never is. We'll definitely be back, and look forward to maybe some dine-in experience in the future.”

“I’m just recently getting the chance to explore this area since moving here in May 2020. My fiancé and I stumbled upon this charm and I love the atmosphere! I’ve been here a few times now, and the coffee selection is wonderful. I will say that I wanted the lentil soup to be a little better. The beans could’ve been cooked for longer... they were still hard. I think if they cooked them until tender it would’ve been so good. We will be back!”
