“I went with my father on their third day open, five days ago. The staff was friendly across the board. The inside felt a little stale/boring, it has no personality. A little more decor would help. The food; Dad had the biscuits & gravy, which he seemed to really enjoy but they had little gravy for the size of the biscuits, but they happily gave us more and said others had mentioned more gravy was needed as a staple for the biscuits, which they agreed. I had the country fried steak & eggs, the flavor was good and I did like it but the piece of steak I had was tough and as a matter of personal opinion it too could have use about 2 tablespoons more gravy on it. The side of grits were very good. Update; went back tried the country fried steak & eggs again. No improvement on the steak. I also tried Black&Blue burger, I couldn't taste the blacken in the burger, but despite that it was fine. My overall thoughts of Garfield's, basic food with nice flavor but not worth going out of your way for.”

“The new Chipotle cheese steak is amazing! Good place to go if you're also on a diet! If you join the club they have, you can get text messages to your phone with deals! Sometimes they have buy one foot long and 40oz drink get a second foot long of equal or lesser value free. Enjoy :)”
