“Wow! Very friendly staff and very tasty food. We arrived at 3:30 pm when they were already sold out of beef brisket, ribs, and sausage. They had 1 half chicken left so we jumped on that. Very moist and very flavorful with a beautiful pink smoke ring. I would be willing to go out of my way to come here again for lunch.”

“I had the salmon, which was delicious. Good sized portion. Don't know what the sauce was, but it was delicious also. Wife had the petite chicken. She liked it very much. They call it petite, but you get 2 good size chicken halves. Wife took half of her meal home for lunch the next day. Desert - I had carrot cake, which was very good. Nice and moist. Wife had cheesecake, which she raved about. Said it was light and creamy, almost like a mousse. Total bill which included house salads, sides, a sangria for my wife, and lemonade for me came to $60. A reasonable price for a meal that we enjoyed. Server Tabbie was excellent. No down side for us. Well, the table did wobble just a little bit. We will be back.”

“Amy and Staff are worth the trip! Great accommodations, excellent dining and a fun place to experience the inner banks. We stayed over a busy weekend and had an upstairs room. Plenty of privacy, comfortable bed and overall a fun stay for us. We nabbed the room about 2 months in advance and we’re glad - they were a full house for the weekend we stayed there.
