“A great dining experience! Great atmosphere and decor. Fast friendly service by a professional and fun staff. The food was great. I had shrimp egg rolls and the spicy beef noodle soup (# C9 on the menu). The egg rolls were light and crispy and the soup was delicious (huge portion). The soup did contain tripe and beef-tendon, so if you are not familliar with either it may take some getting used to. The soft drinks are sold by the can and are not free refills.”

Here are my suggestions: - Receive the customer explaining briefly how to order. Why? Because the customer needs time to feel welcome in the place. Also, it made us feel like they expected us to know what to order at the moment. - The employers seen to be in a rush at the time. “Their pizzas are a whole lot more gooder since they stopped using cardboard for their crust. You have to ask for the seasoned crust though to get it. I like the buffalo chicken pizza but to make it right i need to ask for extra chicken and extra hot sauce. It cost a couple bucks more but it's worth it. Their delivery is fast and courteous.”

“We visit when we can when passing through. Our first visit we bought baked goods. The cake I got melted in your mouth. My husband got the chocolate chip cookies and said they were good. I also got him apple strudel, which was also good. This trip we made time to come for lunch. I got the sauerbraten, which was good, the sides were very good too. My husband got the ham sandwich, which he felt was not worth $7.75 - it had one slice of ham and one slice of cheese, and the cheese was thicker than the ham. So that will go on the list of what not to order again. The meals are reasonably priced. We also bought a loaf of bread, cookies, and cakes to take home. Service is very good. We will stop in again the next time through North Carolina.”
