“It’s all about how you fix your mistakes. I have been there around 10 times and never disappointed in the food quality. Tried something different every time. Had one visit with horrible service and they discounted my meal and got me a different server. Great experience with their management. *update* Went from 5 stars to 3. Now been there 11 times and I have come to the conclusion that 70% of the time, you’re going to get a good meal with decent service. The other 30% will be horrible service, but still good food. Service was bad and due to their delivery truck driver forgetting about them, they had no pasta, pepperoni or straws. All of which I wanted. Server decided 10 minutes was a good enough waiting time to see what we needed.”

Sarah did not pass a table without picking up dirty dishes from other servers table and would share a kind word. “This is based off of typical fast-food places. 95% of the time I come they are always very courteous and accurate whether it’s the drive-thru or inside. It is almost always piping hot food as well. My only complaint is that they tend to be very slow. Do nit come here if you’re in a hurry. However, if I have the time then it’s a good place to go.”
