“I Give them a 3 because they are just opening, but being in this business there are so many thing that can be done different to make this run so much smoother. 1st we ordered our food there where 5 of us so I will tell you about my order. I ordered the Baja Bowl. I ask for no tomatoes. There where tomatoes all on it.so I told them they took it back as he is looking at me i said do i get bread with my soup the young man is telling me no you got chip and as he is telling me there are fly everywhere. The manager comes over and gives me bread and tells me it's okay we will fix your food. I go and sit down about 10 min later my bowl is bought out it has tomatoes on it and the guy tells me it has tomatoes is something. As my son was off that weekend and I'm telling him he says mom when you ask for no tomatoes there shouldn't have been any on your food. There are alot of things that need fixing for this to meet the Panara Bread that I'm used to.”

“Given that this is the closest location to me, I go out of convenience. However, after today, that will likely change. I've tried giving this location multiple chances. The staff are more often than not, off putting and my orders have been inconsistent at best. I get that the goal is for the company to turn a profit. With that said, I'd like to get what I'm paying for. When asked for light ice, I was simply given less product in conjunction with less ice (shown in picture). I might as well have been given a medium drink instead of a large. Also, as others have stated, the only consistent thing here is having to wait.”

“It was horrible service. We felt like we were the minority and our waitress had very little interaction with us. The food is always good but the service here was ridiculous. Our coffee was cold and they didn't do anything to help us. Will not return to this location. Year later Update: my family visited about 3 days ago (memorial day Monday). The staff was way more friendly, management must have changed because it was like a whole other restaurant when we went. The food quality was quite impressive. The coffee was delicious and hot. The food came right on time. The staff was prompt and courteous. I will be going back now that things have greatly improved!!!!!”

“This IHOP is usually pretty busy. However, they are still quick and accurate with your food order. We always add sides, or modify something, and have yet to have an issue. Today, we had the most amazing waitress. We came in with 6 of us (The wife, 3 children 8, 6, >2, and Sam). She made our "brunch" completely effortless. Cleared plates, never put anything in the reach of the smallest, brought the kids food first.... I could go on. I know this is supposed to be about the restaurant, but she is a representation of that store. We have been going here for 5 years, and will continue.”
