“Service at the register was great. I ordered my burger with extra lettuce and pickles (that I paid extra for) and got regular lettuce and no pickles. I went to the front to request some (on the side, I didnt need a while new burger and everyone including the manager walked past me like I wasn't there. I finally waited for the register to be clear and asked for my "EXTRA PICKLES" and was given 4 slices. For this brand new building, the food was good. My burger was indeed fresh, although incorrect. But the service, including the manager that seemed to not care, I was disappointed.”

“Given that this is the closest location to me, I go out of convenience. However, after today, that will likely change. I've tried giving this location multiple chances. The staff are more often than not, off putting and my orders have been inconsistent at best. I get that the goal is for the company to turn a profit. With that said, I'd like to get what I'm paying for. When asked for light ice, I was simply given less product in conjunction with less ice (shown in picture). I might as well have been given a medium drink instead of a large. Also, as others have stated, the only consistent thing here is having to wait.”

“This is really the only McDonald's I can stand to go to. My orders are usually accurate but when they're not, the problem is solved quickly. The only thing I would suggest is getting at least one more employee to work night shift. Every time they get busy during the night hours I've had to sit in the drive through for sometimes 15 minutes or more.”

“If went this morning with my grandchildren. Even though the place was crowded, we still got our orders fast and well prepared. Wecorder from the drive thru. It was an large order and was very happy when got home. Our burgers, chicken nuggets(that is all my grand kids will eat) and our fries were still very hot and warm. I was surprise that our milkshakes was still firm and very cold, usually it would melted a bit. McDonald's has improve in their quality of food perpetuation. I like that.”

The older kids, well , they just love the different cheese burgers, and other sandwiches. The hot fries are their number one choose, ok, this is my experience with my kids and their friends.
