“This McDonald's is extremely busy and seems under staffed. I had to leave my meal behind today so I wouldn't make my husband late for work. I went back and asked for a refund because at that time there was no one to eat what I had ordered. They gave me my refund with no issue and I was grateful for that, however they should staff more employees or find a more organized way to handle their traffic so people aren't left waiting so long.”

“Staff makes the place great. Great food and always tastes fresh. Some pricey options but there are both cheap and healthy options as well which is incredible. Edit: (3/10/2019) This place is hardly ever actually open 24/7. I work third shift and often would like a healthy option versus McDonald’s at 3am so I come here. I have found this place on numerous occasions (5+) within that last few weeks that it was closed. My three star review is because the food is still great and the staff is always warm and friendly when they are actually open. Not a lot of people care about third shift workers but it’s a point to make since the company competitively advertises 24/7.”

Drive thru does get backed up during lunch/ dinner hours so plan to add about 15 minutes to your trip, especially if you're on the way to work and don't want to be late. “A hidden local gem.. We discovered this small, neighborhood cafe on recommendation by the hotel staff at the Historic Brookstown Inn across the street. The decor and interiors are very inviting... “This McDonald's is fairly busy due to its proximity to a nearby university and medical facility. There were quite a few retirees, etc. meeting in the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised to see everyone enjoying the atmosphere. Food service might be a little longer than anticipated due to the sheer number of people visiting this location. Keep that in mind when visiting.”

“Not as Rapid as they say but I was satisfied! Friendly staff! Pricing is ok. They were sold out of what I ordered but that’s not a problem for me, it happens. The one thing I miss is the homely atmosphere that was the old location across the road. With the carpet and fireplace and home colors and feel. It stood out from other eating establishments. The new location and theme makes it just like another fast food joint so I do miss the old look and atmosphere but I would come back here. Just my observations.”

“Biscuitville is new to me. I never had one around my area until I moved to Winston-Salem. Everything I have had so far had been delicious. The biscuits are always huge and fluffy. I normally get the honey chicken biscuit, they are my favorite and are the best thing on the menu in my opinion. For a chain restaurant they are pretty amazing.”

I know there are healthy choices on the menu, I used to work at the one off Reynolda Road which now is a McCafe. If I walk through those doors or even get in the parking lot and smell those yummy familiar smells everything's out the window and I cave. So knowing myself it's best for me to just limit it to, once every so often. You get older and then food becomes medicine however when I was young and used to hang out at McDonald's my absolute favorite, favorite ???? was, the (Filet O Fish) W/extra+extra tartar, & some for my fries too!
