“Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sub restaurants. I entered the restaurant and was informed an employee was injured and the wait could take up to 30 minutes, I agreed. As customers increased. They took orders and really worked hard to complete in a timely manner. I noticed that under pressure they remained level headed and professional. They were really apologetic for the wait. I had a great experience and will definitely return.”

“The food was great. Disappointed in the portion size considering we paid $20 apiece for our plates. I didn't care for our waitress! She waited on everyone around us and we had to chase her down to get refills our drinks. I had to go to the front desk to get a take out box. If we go back and will request a different waitress if we get her again!”

“I’ve been twice now and have been very satisfied with the quality of food, portion sizes and speed of service. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like they need to decrease their hibachi prices. Hibachi Japan in Wake Forest has around four $6.99 hibachi specials that go all day. I think Fuji Express needs to do the same thing. It just seems like a tad much to be paying 10 or 11 dollars for the hibachi items. Other than that I’m glad it’s finally open and hope it does well!”
