“I’ve been twice now and have been very satisfied with the quality of food, portion sizes and speed of service. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like they need to decrease their hibachi prices. Hibachi Japan in Wake Forest has around four $6.99 hibachi specials that go all day. I think Fuji Express needs to do the same thing. It just seems like a tad much to be paying 10 or 11 dollars for the hibachi items. Other than that I’m glad it’s finally open and hope it does well!”
