“One of the more modern gas stations in the town, but I don’t view that as a positive or negative. The smaller fill stations add to an already small town vibe that Robbinsville has. Bathroom for the ladies and gents (per the girlfriend and I) were acceptable. Nothing to scare you away. Added bonus for some, they had two slot machines!”

“Beautiful setting in the Smoky Mountains. 180 degree view of mountains and valleys. Gourmet meals served in the restaurant. Room and meals are packaged together for the price charged. Almost impossible to get a room during Leaf season. Have to reserve a year in advance. They also have wine dinners which are very popular.”

I was in a group of 10 people and our waitress got every order exactly right, which had been unusual for our group over this past year. As I stated, the scenery was great. The menu selection was varied enough that everyone found something that appealed to them. We will come back here every time we are in the area.”

“I have went to this grill for the past 8 years far car event. When I go there are over 1,000 participants. This grill doesn't phenomenal job of trying to keep up with us. The food at time can be mediocre but it's not bad for being in the middle of nowhere. The bar really does well. They know how to handle a crowd and can make some pretty decent drinks. The prices aren't too shabby either.”

“I live in Georgia and ride up to North Carolina to drive Tail of The Dragon. I stay in Robbinsville and this place is the go-to place. Perfect food after a Porsche ride on the Tail. This place has amazing rice. I get a chicken burrito with cheese sauce and a side of rice. I’m personally not a fan of spice but this place kills it with the spice. Amazing friendly workers and fast service. Highly recommend.”

Surprised that locals who I asked about good restaurants only mentioned the big chains and not this place. They were a little busy as I came in while a small church group and fellow bikers had just showed up. The food was excellent, the staff was great, and it was well worth the wait.”
