“This was just a mom-n-pop breakfast joint for forty years. When they retired they sold to their business partner who opened up two other stores. So they're good enough to be profitable, which means they're good but not expensive. Their breakfast options are similar to an old menu Denny's as far as options and flavor. It's not greasy, it's not heavy, and it's not truck stop food. Breakfast options served all day, lunch specials from 10:30. Lunch is similar to a Friendly's. Handicap parking and sidewalk access. Handicap ready tables. Handicap bathroom stalls, but the hallway to them is a little tight. No pets. Forgot to ask about service animals. Good prices.”

“We had never tried Burger Warfare, so after trying all of the top burger places in Greensboro, we decided to stop in for lunch. We were greeted and seated quickly for a Saturday. The server was friendly and took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. I ordered The Beast and my wife got the Memphis Belle. We both got sweet potato fries, as recommended by the server. Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. The food was AMAZING! The burgers were the absolute best in Greensboro, beating out the big, bad burger and brew places. The meat was cooked to perfection and was not even slightly greasy. The sweet potato fries were also incredible. The were ever so slightly breaded, making the crunchy on the outside and succulent inside. Burgers in a fun environment with robots and chairs made from vehicle seats. You have to try this outstanding place.”

“Mac's can be a bit of a hit or miss. We have had some excellent dining experiences and we experienced lost orders and too long of wait times. Experience has been the same with servers, GREAT, and...not so much. We keep going back because they offer convenient parking for our motorcycles and have a great environment that includes a large outdoor seating area (albeit a little too open and close to the road).”

“The fried chicken is FANTASTIC! The restaurant was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quickly answered all questions about their menu. I had the double fried chicken with garlic and herb dry rub. The chicken is cooked to order here... not drying out under a heat lamp...so after a short wait my chicken arrived freshly cooked, juicy, extremely crispy, and absolutely delicious. I was also happy to find that the chicken did NOT arrive soaking in a puddle of grease like it does in many chicken joints. The sides are tasty as well and are worthy to share a plate with such a scrumptious main dish. Scratch also offers rotisserie chicken, chicken sandwiches, and chicken wings with a variety of sauce options. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to SCRATCH.”

“It was like eating your family food! I had the four drum stick fried with macaroni with cheese and green beans with sweet tea better known as Obama tea. For dessert I had peach cobbler with one scoop of ice cream. The Taste was homely the atmosphere was busy but you didn't notice that you were sitting in an area with many others doing the same as you. I had two guests and they request that we come back again soon very soon.”

“OMG was I impressed. The line was long but moved quick. The prices are very good . Your food is actually hot. Not like other fast food places where your food gets cold in 5 minutes. My burger and fries were piping hot, and good too! I also got a chocolate shake, it was thick, almost like soft serve ice cream. But I enjoyed it! I hear that they are known for their amazing milkshakes. Which there’s many different flavors. Overall I am definitely coming here after work again.”
