“We were rushed out the door. We decided to try Sammio's restaurant over the weekend. Although there were a few customers, no way was it busy. Upon arrival we were seated by the host. After about 4 minutes our server came by for our drink order. We also ordered a sampler plate of potato skins, cheese sticks and onion rings. We had a long wait before getting it. And then it was just potato skins and nothing else. We waited so long for our entrees I was ready to leave. My friend ordered the fried flounder. And she said ' this is wonderful food.' I tried the lasagna and it was great. Our drinks (sodas) were refilled often. The host approached saying 'he wasn't trying to rush us but would we like take home containers. I stopped eating and just packed up my meal. We decided on dessert and I got ice cream. About half way through eating the host comes over to ask if I wanted a to-go box for it. I said 'well it's ice cream so no I don't want a box.' After that we decided to go. All during the meal he would just stare at me. It was creepy and unnerving. I gave the place 3 stars for the food. But nothing else.”

“The food is good. The cashier was very pleasant. The food was done fast and accurate. My only gripe is that they were out of all soda and they told me that they were out of biscuits. They did give me a extra side to replace the biscuit but come to find out soon as I got my food and left they put fresh biscuits out. The way I know is my brother ordered behind me. I was told no biscuits period not we have to cook more. Good experience over all though but I know next to make sure what they tell me is for sure.”

“Newly remodeled. Very nice eating area is bright and inviting. AC was a little on the cold side. You can order normally or walk up to the large order screens to avoid the line at the counter. Order screen was very user friendly. Employees will also be nearby to help with any issues. Overall I thought it was a great addition to now be able to just simply tap the screen yourself and get your order in quicker. After your done taping in your order it will prompt you for the number tag you chose for your table. The numbered tags to take to your table are on the sides of the screen. Me and my 4yr old enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere the employees and roomy, clean eating area provided. Thank you.”

“My daughter & I stopped in Saturday for lunch. First time we were ever here .We have lived across the street for a year now and I'm really mad that we just decided to try it. Every night while sitting on the back porch the smell drifts over and it smells amazing!!! The food taste just as amazing ! They give you a basket of chips and salsa, which my daughter doesn't normally like but couldn't stop eating. The food is fresh and authentic. We also ordered the lava cake for dessert ...AMAZING!!!!
