Church Street Depot

I reviewed Church Street Depot last year and it's still the best hamburger I've ever eaten. The fries are cut fresh daily and cooked to perfection. Simply the best!

Great little spot with seasonal specials. We made a reservation to ensure we got seating during the holiday weekend. The food was great! I had a rabbit stew with seasonal veggies and my date had the lamb shank. No complaints, only compliments!

This is my husband and I’s regular stop when we want to eat out. When I want a burger, I go here. If I don’t, I still want a burger again because Church Street has the best burgers. Cooked perfectly, still juicy, the buns are crisped just a bit on the flat edges making for an even better burger. Being able to build your own burger is an absolute treat no matter what you’re in the mood for! My favorite burger is the blended burger, which has brisket! Their seasoned fries are the best as well!

The employees are wonderful as well. Always friendly, upbeat and on top of things. It’s a place where you feel like family and know your visit and meal will be delicious!

I have to say, hands down the best build your own burger place I've ever seen. The beef was fresh, the choices were immense, and the bun was the softest. Nice atmosphere, out door seating and friendly staff. Awesome place to go for a burger and a beer, and or a nice family experience. A bit on the expensive side but well worth it. Voted number 1 burger place in Waynesville NC, now I see why!
