“2019 This place is hit or miss, depending on if the kid or the parents are running the show at the time of visit. Tonight was an exceptional visit great portions and attentive staff. They need some authentic Japanese sounds playing in the restaurant, Music and or sound is so important in a restaurant setting The right music set the tone for a great visit 2016. Absolutely no consistency or quality with takeout orders. My order of hibachi steak had 6 pieces of steak in it, and they were small pieces, 2 weeks ago dining in I had more than I could eat.”

It is a "bar" or as my mom said a whole in the wall. But not in a bad way. So I've eaten there quite a few times and the food is sooooooo good and they gave no idea what a small portion is. So try it if your hungry and you love down home good food for cheap go they have a menu that is either 6,7,or 8 bucks and that includes your drink and let me say you won't go away hungry and my husband and I get away for 16.75 and don't have to stop at McDonald's and eat again.”

“We returned yesterday for a meal. We were greeted at the door right away by a very friendly staff. He asked us if we wanted the bar or dining. The young gentleman said we could find our own seats as he followed us into the dining area. After we sat down he introduced the waitress who just came up behind him. She gave us menus and told us of the specials. She took our drink order came back with drinks to take our order. Food was great as usual. I had the grouper with rice. Waitress was great. It was not loud in the dining area like our usual "other" eatery on Friday night. We have not been here for about 7 months. All our many previous visits were all great. I would say we probably had 9 or 10 visits. It is about time for us to start coming back here more often as we go out almost every weekend. We have never been disappointed with the service or the food. One time the Chef came out to see us when we told the waitress we enjoyed the meal.”

“The drinks were alright, the food was ok, it was affordable. We would mainly go back just for location and how much our son enjoyed it. Not food allergy friendly because of the small kitchen, which is understandable. We actually called ahead of time and we were told there were options. But apparently that meant only salad and with none of the dressing being gluten free, vinegar and oil was it. I don't really consider those to be options. But once we were there the manager was knowledgeable about cross contamination and did make sure I didn't get sick. Nice guy.”
