“We enjoyed the food amazingly fresh service was good, very busy and not impressed by set up but i would dine again. Plenty of food and price is reasonable. Definitely casual dining and remember it's on the Cherokee Reservation so it's dry.”

“Average fast food restaurant with a clean newer establishment with competent staff and a clean well lit dining room. Beware of the natives, they do get restless. LOL pun intended. I know I am one of the aforementioned natives. Enjoy”

“Food was good, but they have a hard time keeping the hot bar stocked during rush hour. It's possible they were short staffed the night we went in while we were there. Only been there once while on vacation. Give them a try the food was really tasty!”

“We always look forward to a breakfast here. But this time the pancakes were not like they should be. Not tasty and fluffy like in the past. Wish we could give better rating.”

“Very Ritzy-kinda place. Some of the service was not so good. Had to talk to a manager about it. Colin was very professional and had great customer skills. The Cesar salad was great, the rest of my order not so much. Just be sure the food you get is what it is supposed to be! In a place like this it should be great every time. $$$”

“The steak was great, but the service could've been better. I loved when we had the server Shawna. She was amazing! She was so attentive and remembered our names and our drinks from our previous visit. She was friendly, but didn't overly interrupt our meal. She was perfect, and I hope we get her again next time. I'll remember to request her if possible. Shawna was the best!”

“Ate the buffet tonight for the all you can eat crab legs. You was only allowed two clusters each time to the buffet. I ate 12 clusters. They was good but not as good as the beach. But good enough to satisfy my tastes for crab legs. A lot of the food on the buffet was bland. With a few good tasty things mixed in. Kids 5 and under eat for free. I ate and went in the casino and hit enough money to where the food was free so I really cannot complain. And I would probably go back.”

“Great for the area, and was able to accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids at lunch time. It's has a decent array of foods to choose from. Some things were prepared well and some things were not. As far as Buffets go it's not terrible, and I would stop here again. The Service saved it with great and efficient ladies putting in work. I would recommend it.”

“Walked in on a Tuesday night with a party of 8- 4 adults, 4 kids. The staff was immediately accommodating and had a table set within minutes. Service was awesome- very friendly, great with kids, really made us feel welcome. Then- the food! Greek Chicken Pita platters, Lasagna, Chopped Steak, Fish & Chips. All of it was very, very good- with large portions and exceptional value. We had the good fortune to meet the owner, Dean, as well. He was as kind and hospitable as could be. We felt like we were at home in his dining room. A great experience, and one we look forward to again.”

“Very nice experience at the Foragers Canteen, great service, quick and friendly staff. the food was very fresh and nicely presented. These Foragers Tacos, are amazing, a vegetarian option but super tasty. Very recommended if you're in the area. It also it's walking distance to other shops in town and next to a brewery. “5 Stars all the way! Husband and I both had the chopped pork platter each with different sides. First the meat is unbelievably delicious. That mac & cheese is so great. Tastes homemade the old fashioned way. Those baked beans.... oh heavens, you could just make them a meal on their own. The slaw is perfect. Inside the restaurant: Great decor, very relaxed and fun atmosphere, and within minutes you get that this BBQ house knows what it's doing. Great service. I would recommend anyone vacationing on the area to make your way to this place like we did. Great job Haywood Smokehouse!”

“I was visiting my daughter and decided to come here. It had a very nice vibe and crowd considering we were there late on the night before the 4th of July. The staff was very friendly. My daughter had already eaten and I wasn't very hungry, so we shared a pretzel and two beers. They have a stage for live bands and a patio out back, but it was raining so we stayed inside. The place isn't huge, and parking may become a challenge down the road when Western Carolina students return in the fall, but I think it will be a hit with most people and a great place for a bite and brew.”

“Came in for lunch. Very busy place but the food is worth the wait. Husband had the Patty Melt which has yummy caramelized onions on it. So good. I had the Autumn Turkey... so yummy. If I hadn't been so full I would have ordered another. I like the decor. Very friendly and knowledgeable server we had. Every year we come up from Alabama on vacation we eat here. I highly recommend the hamburgers too. They are just awesome.”
