“I come here often - you could say I'm a regular. I've never had a bad experience; staff always do what they can as quickly as they can and they're always friendly and approachable no matter what time of day I go. Lobby has always been clean or someone has been cleaning it when I go in. Donuts and the other foods are good quality for fast food standards but the drinks are always great. Always has good music playing too. Honestly this location and the staff there deserve the world.”

“While I was in town visiting family, they mentioned that there was a new BBQ restaurant in Sylva. Having spent the last six months in upstate New York, I was more than ready to have some good southern BBQ. My sister and I drove to Sylva to pick up dinner for the family from Big Nick’s BBQ, which come to find out had only been open for one week! We were greeted by a very friendly staff that all had smiles on their faces. I placed a large order, ordering everything on the menu with the exception of Ribs (They had already sold out, more to come on this later) and dessert. It was hard to believe but everything we ate (Turkey, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Fried Okra, Waffle Fries, Baked Beans, BBQ Mac & Cheese and Chicken Tenders) was cooked to perfect and had such an amazing flavor. Their house BBQ sauce is good, unique, tangy, a little thin but delicious. They will be introducing additional sauces soon according to the owner whom I was lucky enough to talk with. We enjoyed the experience so much that we revisited Big Nick's again today for an early dinner, just so we could try the ribs. We were not disappointed! They were just as high quality (Tender & Flavorful) as all the previous delicacies we had enjoyed the night before. I am sure Nick’s will have a bright future as they continue to grow their menu and word of their awesome food spreads throughout the community.”

“Nice and clean at this location. Employees very pleasant and food came out nice and hot and pretty quick. Also ordered our favorite Blizzards with the Reeces Peanut butter cups. They were good. My only complaint would be that they could have filled the cup up. I've ordered these is multiple cities and states and this was the first time I've ever seen a blizzard leave 1-1/2" inches of space left to fill. Other than that, everything was great.”

“The place is good going down. The waiters are nice and there is a ton of beautiful and vibrantly colored Mexican artwork incorporated into the dining room. It's after the meal that's the issue. The fajitas are their house specialty but they sit like a rock in the pit of your stomach and cause indigestion if not some mild vomiting. They are heavy on the peppers and onions, which isn't too bad considering the price is reasonable but I got the fajitas and would recommend something else. I would give it another shot sometime when I am up for it.”
