“I was really looking forward to giving this restaurant a high rating, based on what I read. Most of the food we ate was very good, especially the vegetables and the waitress was exceptional. However, the pulled pork on the buffet tasted like it has been frozen and warmed up again. The texture was like cork and it had a bland taste. I tried to mask it with BBQ sauce, but an hour later had to eat a mint to get the taste out of my mouth. I had considered asking if I could discard it and try the beef or chicken, but when I tasted the beef it had a similar texture. But, it had more tastes. The atmosphere was hot and cramped. There are two isles to walk through the restaurant with the buffet in the middle. Two people can hardly pass in the isles and the backs of people's chairs are sticking out in the isle. The plates are very small. If you are even slightly claustrophobic, don't go there.”

So really disappointing.. We had to keep ordering until the waitress said "Oh yeah, we are not out of that"... amazing. Also it is not nearly as "clean" inside as it use to be.. again... somebody doesn't care... UPDATE.. went back they had the FISH, said the truck came in late.. The lady told me that they are having great difficulties finding workers. I can believe it.. every store in Franklin is looking for help and nobody is filling the positions..”

Guy said they come in through drive through and they've tried to get rid of them...Wendy's in Sylva doesn't have this problem. Burger King in Franklin never has this problem. I'll be going there instead. Fries were cold. But the guy serving me was polite and seemed like he was trying to do a good job.”

“We were in Franklin this past weekend for a family reunion and decided to order sushi one night. The cabin we were staying in had a binder with various menus in it and we chose Kobe Express as we had sushi on our minds. We were able to call the order in and go pick it up. While we had to wait just a couple of minutes because the order wasn't ready, I felt good about it as I knew it would be fresh. Once we got back to the cabin and dove into the sushi, it was excellent! I wouldn't have expected such great sushi in a small mountain town, but I was wrong! You should definitely try it if you haven't already!”
