“I was told to give this place a try by some co-workers. So I pulled in after work on Friday, 6/23/23. Now I’m very picky about my pizza and my coffee. Leo’s makes the best pizza that I’ve had in the entire South East! I was pleasantly surprised. An entire large pizza did not last on my commute home. I ate the whole thing! If that wasn’t enough, Leo’s could do coffee alone. That was the best cup of Joe that I’ve ever had!”

“Our first time visit and the owner came out and chatted with us. Told us his passion and wanting to be in our area. Very friendly staff always making sure you are good, food, drink refills etc. We have been back several times and every dish we try is AMAZING! We’ve had burgers, shrimp (btw are huge and plentiful) and wings! The atmosphere is welcoming and casual. You sit down where ever you want as soon as you walk in. Full bar too!! Great specials during the day! This place is a MUST check out and a big asset to our little town!”

“Decent sized non-smoking bar that features a full bar, kareoke, live music, and pool. Not sure what it's like on other days, but tonight, Wednesday night, it's low-key with a mellow vibe.”

“The only thing slanted here were the corners of my mouth, smiling from having this absolute gem enter the Franklin scene. It’s very rare somewhere captures an aesthetic quite like Slanted Window has… even more rare to be found in Franklin, NC. My mother was so excited to surprise me with a visit here for my birthday, and my family all around enjoyed the environment, the menu and of course me (it was my birthday!!) This renovated gas station was giving all of the good vibes - from a cute inside bar to several outside seats situated by old gas pumps, logo branded and all! For the most part, the food was great. The wine had several great options and, although we didn’t try it (next visit!), the bourbon tastings with smoking options were a welcomed surprise. I’m excited to see how this establishment evolves considering the potential it has provided. From our understanding it has been a long time coming for this to come to fruition. Aside from all, it comes down to the bones behind it. It only took a quick conversation to understand that the owners behind this place are authentic, genuine and they care. Care might seem small but in even small to large doses, caring is everything. Caring brings people back, caring spreads the word and caring about the customers enjoying the experience is what keeps places alive. I hope to see everyone care about this place as much as we do.”

“The food is not up to par. The service was good Amanda a excellent server just one fish bone in for 17.00 too high. you shouldn't put vinegar in the collards That should be a choice with vinegar on the table not saying I won't be back with some improvements oh I almost forgot the kids meal had more fish than the adult plate”

“Everything we had was delicious! So. Much. Food! The best salsas available in western NC, hands down! They have an open salsa bar, so definitely check out all of it. The staff and the owner, Alex are extremely friendly. They also have door dash available in FRANKLIN! This will very easily become our new favorite mexican restaurant around. Must try!”

“The pizza was good. I got a 16 inch pepperoni. The only caveat would be a suggestion to get extra toppings. My 16 inch pizza only had 18 pepperonis on it, one slice had none, 2 had 1 and a half pepperoni, and 1 had only 1 pepperoni on it. So getting double toppings would do what I consider a decent amount of toppings for a pizza; each bite of a slice should get you a topping. I am ordering again today, and will update this if my double topping suggestion is a good one or not. Note: I always get extra sauce as I have yet to find a pizza place that puts enough on. UPDATE: getting extra pepperoni ended up with 4 or so on each slice. The pizza IF you get extra toppings then goes up to 4 stars. If not, its a would remain 3 stars.”

“Great bagels in Franklin finally! We got a dozen whole wheat which are very good and not at all bland like typical WW. Also, a couple of egg/bacon/cheese sandwiches, WW and Pumpernickel. Delicious! We walked up to the parks on Main St. and sat on a bench to eat. Perfect!”

“The best pizza in Macon County, and it's not even close. The dining room is a nice, dimly lit, relaxing atmosphere. If you're in the area and like good pizza, stop here. If you are a bit away, but want to take a drive for good pizza, stop here. There are quite a few pizza places around here, and a lot of them are even good, but Vito's is the king of the mountain. I like Pizza, and it's probably my favorite food. Vitos is the best around here. The only negative is that you need cash(or LOCAL check) so I do have to remember this before going. As a small business, I get it because processing fees are killer, but you need to know this before heading there. I ate here last night(typically get it to go) and honestly I can't wait to go back.”

“Great food, great service, very friendly and clean. All VERY FRESH ingredients (you can see from the counter) with a chef who clearly has been in front of the oven for awhile. The food is an interesting mix of 'traditional' Mexican home cooking and country cooking, in a cute country bistro setting. 9/10 would return.”

“Visiting from Sarasota, FL and had the craving for ice cream after traveling all day. I couldn’t miss “Lucky Terry’s” from the road! Colorful, welcoming store front and when I walked in I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Great prices and quantity. Thank you for the yummy ice cream! I’ll be back for more!”

“My first time at this restaurant and I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. They let me sample the roasted chicken bites prior to ordering. The roasted chicken bites were flavorful, juicy and delicious. I also enjoyed the grilled chicken salad. There are less stars because I anticipated larger portions.”

“I posted a photo of mango and pineapple sorbets, but my favorite is the water/fruit popsicles. They’re the best I’ve ever had, with real fruit chunks inside. It’s suitable for vegetarians/vegans and obviously for dairy consumers. Show this place some love and your tastebuds will love you back!”
