“First and foremost, I love Panera Bread. As a college student, this is sometimes a great place to study and grab a bite to eat. Today I stopped by quite early, I ordered my food at the counter. The lady behind the counter is ALWAYS pleasant. She is friendly and helpful. Today was no different. After I received my food, her coworkers and her are having this obnoxiously loud, opinionated conversation about Trump (our current President). I am sitting nowhere near the counter (close to the rear exit). I don't care whether or not they are having this conversation at work; however, I think it is the managers responsibility to manage the volume of the conversation as not to offend some of the current guests in the restaurant. This one incident will not deter me from coming to this restaurant, this is just a review to hopefully help you all where you need improving.”

“A very fun place! You can build your own pizza. When you walk in and approach the counter. If your going to build your own pizza they ask you all the question about what type of sauce, cheese, toppings. Then they put it in a fire brick oven. It was delicious!”

“Been here twice now, both times it's been amazing. The pizza is incredible, the servers are really nice. The spinach pie calzone is my favorite. Would love to give 5 stars, but the only complaint I have is both times we've come on a weekend night, and while the restaurant itself isn't busy, we had to wait quite a while for our food. However, they have a cool window into the kitchen so you can watch the pizza dough being spun, and I could see more tickets than I could count, including the longest ticket (HUGE order) I've ever seen. The owner was there and I overheard him trying to satisfy a different customer who had been waiting longer than us - he was very nice and apologetic and did whatever he needed to make things right. I feel like the food is well worth the wait, though. So from that aspect, I'd absolutely give it 5 stars.”

It is in a fashionable part of town and the manager seems to be able to keep good staff on board who treat customers with respect. The space is clean, the food is reliable if you like Taco Bell. “So these were the sweetest most helpful group of people. I had tried to call ahead with a very large order, but it was my fault I used the wrong wording. “The Charlotte NC Airport location is time consuming.. I visit usually at least 3x a week.. This store is very short staffed.. Most of the time the workers appear to be doing their best.. I have waited 10-15 minutes just to order, although no one was in line.. The manager was in the back.. The cook came up to bring food up, and went to alert the manager of the line forming up front.. She seemed to disagree on the wait.. We then had to wait for the the food prep. I don't complain only because it appears that the workers are trying to keep the store running.”

“This place is always amazing! The food is always fresh! Really great place to grab a sandwich. The ham or turkey salad is great on a croissant with lettuce and tomato and either broccoli salad or potato salad as a side. They have other options too as well as dinner entrees and desserts. This place has always been my go to place for the Thanksgiving and Xmas ham you really can't find anything else like it. I hear the Turkey is really good too but haven't had a chance to try it. This place is never extremely busy so it's usually pretty fast to just drop in and grab a sandwich on your lunch break. There isn't a place to sit and eat but the car usually works for me! More people should make this their lunch spot because the food is so worth it.”

“Mediocre at best. I want it 1:30 in the afternoon and no one was there at the host stand. Someone showed up about three minutes later. The floors were dirty, although granted they had just had their lunch rush. I fooled around on the table top TV they had waiting for my meal. I got the Mushroom Swiss burger, it wasn't very exciting. Server was pretty attentive. At the end of the meal I found out that I have been charged $1.99 for having pushed some buttons on the iPad thingy that have on the TV. I'm not saying I'm the smartest guy in the world but I'm certainly above idiot level and I didn't recognized I'd be charged a dollar 99. No doubt somewhere along the line they told me oh, but it irks me. The only thing that I've ever found a Chili's that is worth going honestly is there baby back ribs. I'd certainly wait quite some time before I go again”
