“Me and my husband came here for the first time and were very happy with our experience. The potato salad was very different from any other I've had. It was gone before it hit the table. HIGHLY recommend. My husband got the NY Italian style dog and I got a coney island and a Mac and cheese dog. I definitely over ordered the dogs were huge ! Excellent portion for the price. We also got a soft pretzel with cheese. After all that food and two drinks we paid less than 25 dollars. Our customer service experience was great I really appreciate the professionalism and care Jay put into preparing our meals. I will definitely be back for a good bite to eat.”

“We went a little before lunch time and it was not busy at all, which was nice. The service was great. The atmosphere was great for us since we were traveling with kids. There was a game room (old stuff but kids didn't care). The patio with the parrot was great for the kids to run around on while we waited for our food. Rocking chairs on the deck were perfect on a gorgeous day. The food didn't seem to take long since we had plenty to do outside. The food was average to above average over all. The kids fried flounder was excellent. Would definitely return.”

“Really cool environment, be it with a group of friends or just for a date night with your significant other to people watch and enjoy the music. Friday and Saturday nights are fun karaoke nights. Go out and have fun at the Angry Ginger, one the best places in Jacksonville. The bartenders & servers are real polite, friendly gals. “First of all I go to that Jersey Mike's all the time. This time when I went in, there was a new girl building the sandwiches. Mariah was the manager, and some tall bald guy. I don't know who this new girl was but she just didn't want to listen. Either she's having a hard time hearing, Maybe the music was too loud. I had to repeat myself several times. And at the end when she find out that I wasn't too satisfied but I accepted the sandwich anyways she was a little short with me. So I think I'm going to back off going to Jersey Mike's for a while. “Very beautiful restaurant. The ambiance was very amazing as well as the service. We had the chicken tender appetizer and it was the BEST chicken tenders I've ever had. They were so crispy yet so light and juicy! We had the mac n cheese with our steaks and who would have thought to put Ritz crackers in mac n cheese but it was BOMB! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because our steak although seasoned very well and cooked perfectly it was a bit chewy. I guess that comes from the cut of the meat steak is too expensive to have to chew it like gum. Other than the chewy steak I would recommend this restaurant even if just for those tenders and mac n cheese.”

“Food was good a little more cracked pepper then I'm used to on the steaks but was good. Service was amazing she made sure we were taken care of and even helped me out on my Irish coffee which was a disappointment until she told me what she tries and that helped it not taste so bad. Morgan made sure we were taken care and the kitchen staff did an amazing job with the food and the timely manner. I would recommend eating here if you want good service and good food.”

“Update- The General Manager, Stacy, reached out to me and really made things right. She was understanding and extremely helpful. Not happy with simply refunding the fingers portion of our meal, she refunded our entire meal. Furthermore, she is going to work more closely with the staff at the Jacksonville location to see that this doesn’t happen again. She demonstrated how to handle customer issues with courtesy and professionalism and had changed how I feel about Zaxby’s now. Thanks! Terrible place with awful customer service. I made an online order, picked it up, did a quick inventory before driving back to Richlands. Once home come to find out that the 5 piece chicken fingers was actually a 1 finger. When I called the store I was informed I would have to drive back to the restaurant for a refund because they could not find any evidence of my order even though I had a receipt with the name, items ordered and check number but apparently my order didn’t exist. With all the places to eat in Jacksonville choose almost anywhere else. If you like getting your order completed and not being treated like a liar while literally being lied to I recommend going to literally any other restaurant. Update- my wife ate the Caesar salad and now has food poisoning. While there is no proof that it was the salad, many food borne illnesses are the result of salads due to most of the ingredients being served raw.”

The quality of their orange chicken has gone down in the past few months I noticed less meat and more fried. I grew up having just the glazed Krispy Kreme donuts, so I was amazed when I went inside and discovered how many flavors they offered. “I’ve been here twice since I moved to town. Once in 2015 and once yesterday. This place is very cool. The food is amazing. You won’t want delivery pizza after eating here. The ambiance is dark and calm. They have a bar also if that’s your thing. It’s a place you can bring a date or even the whole family. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.”
