I ordered the firecracker shrimp and Fallen Spirits in Plenty which was a great dining experience in and of itself. The firecracker shrimp is flavorful with it's spicy and sweet tastes with the spicy aftertaste. Paired with the fallen spirits, which starts off peppery at first but becomes slightly sweeter over time results in a relaxing experience to go with the beautiful atmosphere. My favorite part is how the drinks come with a fun experience and games with amazing presentation that comes with the drinks which are delicious.

The staff is cordial, informative, and fully committed to making my dining experience amazing.

I went with family to celebrate a birthday and I recommend it for any social gathering or event.

The prices are very appropriate for the quality of food service and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for special events such as anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, or if one simply wants to treat themselves.

This place is an incredible new addition to Chapel Hill/Carrboro. My husband and I have been twice already and can't stop talking about the food and experience. They're in soft opening right now but the level of attention they give you is unmatched. The concept is obviously a labor of love for Chef Yung and Sammy. I recommend the cocktail, Fallen Spirits in Pleiku. As for food, the Vietnamese Caprese and Molcajete are unforgettable.

Can't wait to come back many more times and am excited to see what the place is like when it's open all day.

What a cool addition to Carborro. The food is off the chain. The octopus, the guacamole, and the firecracker shrimp are a must. The Guiding Light drink has a special meaning for Yung , the restaurant's owner. It is so good, very smoky and delicious. This place is so good, a great blend of flavors, cultures, all in a beautiful setting . Evelyn was a tremendous server who took awesome care of us. This is a must try

Crazy good food, not many places take the time to have such cool presentation with every dish. The drinks each have their own unique presentation, the food is incredible, super reasonably priced for how good it is and the decor and ambiance was just so great. I plan on coming here a lot and I am excited to see what their breakfast menu looks like.

La Montaña is amazing! The atmosphere, the drinks, the tapas all 💯 ! You’ll love it too! Pro tip, if you get the ceviche, try it without the chips too.. the broth is spicy and so delicious 😋 You don’t want to miss out on those flavors.
