The Egg & I Restaurants

Every two weeks my daughter, husband and I visit this restaurant! We love it! Great breakfast, lovely service, and good prices.

True southern friendly service. The staff is one of the best I’ve seen at a restaurant in a long time. The food was excellent. I ordered a skillet and it was very flavorful and cooked to prediction. Prices are very reasonable. I will be back for sure.

I've seen a lot of mediocre reviews for the egg and I, but every time I go it's delightful. The poached eggs are always perfect, the ingredients seem very fresh, and the presentation is visually appealing. Plus they leave a pitcher of coffee on your table so you don't have to chase anyone down. I don't know that I've ever had noteworthy service there, but I've never been upset about the level of attention I was given. The menu isn't huge, but I'd rather them stick to the things they do well anyway. All in all I feel it's one of the better breakfast chains.

Good food. Great service. Noah was polite, attentive and very helpful. Wish there were more servers like him. Their breakfast potatoes are pretty boring and plain. Pancakes, eggs and everything else was good. Their food is consistent.
