The only negative is the way the speaker is arranged in the drive lane. You have to talk over your shoulder. Awkward.”

“Delicious custard! What a great place and location; very popular with locals. It's especially busy after school and on weekends in the afternoon and evening. They work fast though so if there is a line you don't wait long. They don't have many flavor options but that is a benefit, since you won't take forever deciding. Soft serve in a cup or cone, shakes, floats, sundaes and blended options with vanilla, chocolate or the special flavor of the week. You can't miss here. They even have treats for dogs!”

“Yes Samantha’s has great pupusas and incredible breakfast BUT you have to come here for the baked goods. Their cakes, pies, and cookies are out of this world! Very reasonable price wise. It’s like 4 dollars and some change for a slice of cake which is huge! I love their breakfast burrito too but everything on the menu is great. “Big Bob’s is a great little joint in Hillsboro with hot, delicious food and huge portions! It may look like a dive from the outside and it is small on the inside but they deliver on their home cooked meals at good prices. We ordered the pork barbecue plate with Mac and cheese and slaw; the whiting fried fish with fries and slaw. There were 4 pieces of fish! It was all so good, we ate on it for two days. We will definitely try their other menu items. We love Big Bob’s!! ❤️❤️❤️”

“It was a perfect place to stop for a quick bite on our way through Efland. Problem is, I'll now find an excuse to go back just for the onion rings and BLT! “Best Mexican in the area. It sits alongside a highway near a gas station. Nearly always full and in the middle of nowhere, expect good things! Each meal starts off with freshly made chips and salsa. If you're adventurous, try the spicier salsas. For an entree, you can't go wrong with Shrimp Diabla or mole enchiladas. Vegetarians can look to the veggie section of the menu to find something to eat. There is also a kid's menu as well. Wait staff is kind and courteous. It's a regular when I make it back to my hometown. I highly recommend making the trek to out there.”

“A bit pricey, but worth it. I didn't really care for the decor, but I guess grey is in. I had the crab cake appetizer. It was fabulous. Very hard to find a lightly breaded cake anywhere other than Maryland. If it were pan fried instead of deep fried it would have been amazing. Great beer prices. Fantastic service. And an outdoor seating area as well. Looking forward to a return visit.”
