“Meh. Greasy chicken. It’d probably be great drunk food, but I ate it sober. The sauce was okay, but everything was super greasy, fries, tenders, bread, etc. It made me think Bojangles was a healthy option, comparatively speaking. The service was okay. I will say the restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, and pretty comfortable. Probably won’t go back, though.”

“It’s a cute and quaint place. There’s a large selection of books and lots of seating, which was very full when we were in. The seating and space in general is packed tight together so it’s difficult to navigate at peak times. The coffee was good - a horchata latte and brown sugar vanilla latte shown in picture. Peanut butter cookies were average but the churritos (mini churros) with Dulce de Leche was a great snack!”

“First time visiting, but won’t be the last. Loved the food with unique flavorful dishes you won’t find anywhere else. Food arrived quickly and hot. I also appreciate that the menu gave very detailed descriptions especially since I’m not familiar with an Asian fused soul food menu. Couldn’t decided what to order because every combo appeared delicious. Ordered enough to sample. Now we’ll order the rest of the menu for a future return visit. Currently open on Saturdays.”

“Great bagels, great sandwiches, and excellent staff in an extremely clean and efficient location. I arrived at the store to find a clean and well lit environment. The staff was helpful and friendly. As I waited for my food to be prepared, I stopped in the bathroom which was just as clean with amenities for women. The sandwiches I received, used quality bagels with the typical New York bagel slightly chewy but still soft texture. The two egg sandwiches had a generous portion of eggs with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The turkey sandwich I also purchased also used a generous portion of turkey meat, as well as the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The staff is a very key component to the business. They are helpful and provide an experience that is unique with small touches that show a level of appreciation for their customer and attention to detail. Others mentioned prices being high, I found their sandwich prices very much in line with other chain locations for egg sandwiches. Not to mention the quality of ingredients is consistent here. Great bagels, great sandwiches and an overall excellent customer and taste experience. I’ll be back.”

“Perfect portions! The food was really good and flavorful. I got the Tokyo Signature bowl; the potatoes and squash were my fave! Very chill indoor space, but not ideal for studying for a long time because there are only 2-3 outlets. It’s more of a sit down eat your meal kind of vibe. The staff was very friendly! “Spotted this place looking for food. Open until 10PM much later compared to other places. I got the chicken sandwich and damn it was good! The chicken was juicy and crisp. Perfect amount of sauce. The sauce was notable. And nice crunchy pickle slices. Freaking delicious and filling. The strawberry shake was thick and delicious. Chris got the burger and the black and white shake- malted. We shared fries. Food: 10/10. Con: It's cold!”

The owner was also our cook and server, and he was delightful to chat with during our meal. This is also a good place off Franklin St to stop and work or enjoy a meal with a friend or partner. It's a hole in the wall location but with great lasting potential. I want to spread the word about Saturni to more people to ensure the business gets the attention and customer traffic it deserves!”
