Firehouse Subs

We ordered a hot sub each. I got the Club on a Sub (only meat, cheese, and mayo for me) and it was delicious as always. I love this sub the best out of all subs I have ever tried at any sub restaurant. I always feel like I get great value for my money eating at Firehouse Subs and a big portion size. Sometimes I have leftovers and reheat it for the next day. We utilized the online ordering service (not the app) and it worked great, no issues that prevented me from ordering but it does display a lot better if you use a desktop/laptop versus a mobile device in my experience ordering from all 3. Our order was ready on time. The Rapid Rescue To Go location is not too far from the main door entrance. It is the mesh shelving unit near the end of the counter facing the tables. It is properly labeled. There is a big enough parking lot for cars to park. The restaurant is always clean when we eat in or get the carry out food. Everything is always fully stocked for drinks, chips, etc. The staff members are always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love coming to this place! Ms. P is so amazing & friendly! She always remembers my order & her customer service is just outstanding! Every time you see her you just can’t help but to smile.

Our cashier was phenomenal, I wish I would've gotten her name. Talk about customer service, she explained the sandwiches and told us what her personal favorites were. The food was excellent, best sandwich I've had in a long time!

Great subs! Only my second time ever there and it never disappoints. The customer service is very good.
