Extremely friendly service. Order was correct for to go order.

Unfortunately I am singing a new tune about one of my OG favorites. My last few experiences have been pretty dissatisfying. Each of our last 4 visits has resulted in having to go inside from picking up in the drive-thru because the order was not made as requested. Mind you, the receipt reads right each time, so this is just a lack of care in the making process. Management has always been gracious and helped with fixing the errors so we haven't called it quits eating here.

I am a former restaurant manager myself so I am quite aware that things can and do get hectic in the kitchen but I have to say that seeing the same faces popping back up to have orders remade means that there is a direct lack of care with special orders that needs to be addressed. Just my two cents.

For fast food they are good, friendly staff, efficient service, outside of building could use work. Cleanliness of building inside and out could be worked on as well. Would have been a five star review but the state of the parking lot, building, and trash around gave it a 4 for me.
