“Paid twice for same items. Clerk said my 7-11 gift card didn't work. I gave her the cash. At home I called 7-11 to see why card didn't work and found out the purchase amount had been deducted from my gift card. Clerk gave no receipt but a case was opened and was told someone would be calling me .This was in Oct. 2019. No one ever called me. In Jan. 2020 I received an e-mail telling me that my case had been closed. No one from 7-11 ever called even though I called 3 times to check on my case. I was given the same answer each time, someone would be getting in touch with me. I resubmitted my claim. Still waiting. Want my $9.92 back”

“I never have had any issues here. The service is always great. They usually have what I want in stock. My boyfriend absolutely loves the taquitos. I usually get the big bite hot dogs. They have mayo, ketchup, etc. packets for to go. Great options for snacks. They have regular convenience store items like pepto, dramamine, advil, etc. They also have an ATM in the store as well. The bathrooms are always clean. The store is clean. The parking lot is clean. Plenty of spots to park and walk-in. We have never had issues with getting gas here either. Vehicles run great on it. This is my go-to store on the way out of town for road trips to get gas, cash, and snacks.”

“We never have bad service here. They are always friendly and fast. We have eaten inside, got the rapid to-go, and gone through the drive-thru several times. They have kiosks that you can order from inside, you get a buzzer, when it goes off your food is ready and you pick it up at the food counter. They have several tables and some are half/half with chair/booth. The food is always great here. I love the broccoli cheddar soup, mac and cheese plain or topped with bacon, strawberry smoothie, sandwiches (I get a custom one done with turkey/bacon/ham), soft dinner rolls, fresh fruit, cinnamon crunch bagel and chocolate chip cookies. They are a little pricey but you pay for the quality of the food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and upscale fast food. We will keep going here. Plenty of parking outside.”
