“We purchased 4 Arby's roast beef and Cheddar's and we only received one pack of horsey sauce and one pack of Arby's sauce even after we requested extra. also when we got to the window we asked if there was extra sauce in there and the young woman promptly said yes and close the window as if she didn't want to speak to us or answer any other questions. I believe that your staff could be a bit more friendly when it comes to the drive-thru because this isn't the first time that the same young woman has been very rude and short with us.”

“Monroe NC has a great BK! I have numerous years of customer service experience and I was totally in awe of this establishment. The entire staff is excellent. The GM was very friendly and engaged with his team and all the guests. They were very clean in comparison to competing fast food spots as well. Bathrooms were fresh and stocked, team members were pleasant, and my King's Meal Deal was hot and fresh! It was lunchtime on a Monday and quite busy, but service was flowing smoothly and I received the kind of service I expect, EXCELLENCE! Well done Burger King of Monroe, NC. I appreciate all you do. “We went on a Thursday night around 8:30. It was not busy at all. We started with beef nachos which was really good. I ordered a side of guacamole for the nachos. It was served with a rather unique presentation on a small plate, 3 or 4 tortilla chips sticking up and the avacado pit. I am guessing they do this to show it was freshly made to order. I did not mind at all because the guacamole was very good. The entrees were excellent as well. There is a bit of a wait for the food but I did not mind after tasting how good the food was. I would go as far as saying this is the best Mexican food I've had in Monroe. They need to get the word out so more people can enjoy the food. Don't be in a hurry to get somewhere when you go. Their website says they use daily fresh ingredients and everything is cooked to order. That takes more time to prepare than some fast food place. After tasting their food, I believe them. Worth the wait”

“This Chick-fil-A is inside the Monroe mall. It is a good place to eat. The only things you should be aware are, at lunch it is full and hard to get a place to sit. Even though the mall does have a center section with tables.My biggest complaint is if you are on a walker or in a wheelchair the bathrooms are to small to be easily used. It is possible but not easy.”
