“Highly recommend this place! The soup dumplings are hand made every day and alone make coming here worth it. Their noodles are also handmade (pictured) and are used in a variety of noodle soups that you can further customize. We got the flounder noodle soup and the hot and sour noodle soup and both were great! For dessert we had a yummy mango mochi ice cream and a passion fruit mojito (non-alcoholic), which I absolutely loved and recommend as a great refreshing drink. There are also a lot of unique decorations, and adorable sauce containers and plate sets. You can tell the owners paid a lot of attention to every detail of the place. All in all, delicious food, great atmosphere, and you can't beat the price for homemade dumplings and noodles! We will definitely be coming back!”

“Definitely worth the wait! We had such a great time here, it felt more like an experience than a regular shopping mall. As you can see, everything was decorated for the season, an outdoor ice skating rink, and an Igloo where children could meet Santa. Once you've shopped till you drop, I recommend checking out Dram and Draught. Their seasonal menus and whiskey selections are always impressive!”

“Had a great time here! We picked a spot we had never been and met a friend. We started in the bar area for drinks while we waited for our table to be ready. We ordered the Cinnamon Smoked Old Fashioned and Social Margarita which were both delicious. The cinnamon wasn’t too overbearing, it was just enough of a touch to add some extra flavor. Once our table was ready, we ordered the Crispy Kataifi Shrimp to start, it was SO good. The sauce was exactly what we expected for bang bang, the shrimp themselves for huge and warm, and the topping added the perfect amount of crunch. I ordered the Beastmode Burger with the plain cheese option - I wasn’t expecting a show! It came with cheese sauce in a cup on top of the burger and the server removed it for the sauce to cover the burger. I’m absolutely coming back for this and to try the other topping! My husband ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, it was good - again, exactly what was expected. Our friend ordered the Chicken Bacon Tacos and they were HUGE. Overall great, a bit pricey but it fits the vibe of the area. We will be back!”

“The long awaited opening of a Test Kitchen is finally over and the wait did not disappoint. The ambiance is great with flowing natural light and a modern industrial feel. The dishes were well thought out and very well executed. My favorites were the lobster shumai and the green curry. The only thing I'd recommend they improve on is speed of service. I think the dishes should've been spaces out just a little bit further apart from one another. Other than that chef Conner's menu is and I'll be back again!!”

“A delicious replacement for the former Korean fried chicken place at H Mart (Soo Chicken). I was sad to see the other one go, but this is equally delicious. It is the same chain as the one in Durham which I enjoy. The chicken is crisp and saucy on the outside, succulent and hot on the inside. Service and speed were kind of slow but labor shortages ate everywhere and it seems this place is trying its best.”

“I don’t know why people are griping but I actually loved this venue. It’s a great model to have adjoined to the movie theater. Not to mention the drinks were good, and the pretzel was AMAZING. Not to say I’m a pretzel connoisseur, wow, I’m trying to figure ways to work that pretzel into my daily routine! And the muster was amazing. Definitely going back!!”

“I have tried a few restaurants in Fenton but CRU blew me away! I was amazed by the wine flights and the many selections they had to choose from. The service was impeccable and very friendly with great recommendations on both food and wine. I had the Barolo Braised Short Ribs and they did not disappoint. I started with the Lobster and Shrimp Potstickers which had a nice spice from Chilies and Lemon Sauce beautifully balanced out by Cucumbers. The Short Ribs just fell apart and the Butternut Squash Risotto was full of flavor. I highly recommend CRU and I can't wait to go back and try new things. Don't miss out on this fun and exciting new spot, you won't be disappointed!”

“The African American cashier was EXTREMELY rude to my 69 year old mother today. My mother tried to purchase scratch offs for me and originally asked for the wrong thing and then she remembered and said “oh I’m sorry, not those, I want these instead.” The lady became ill with her and made her stand off to the side while she waited on the other customers. Then she came back to my mom and said “give me the $20!” And my mom thought she had already and said she thought so and the lady just was screaming about how she didn’t get the money yet and yelling about my mom was trying gnto steal from them and made my mom leave the store!! She treated my mother like a criminal when she is just a very forgetful, easily confused 69 year old women. I called to tell her my mom is not a thief and I could not get in a word because this lady screamed at me for two whole minutes and then had the nerve to call me back to say her boss said I didn’t ever have to come back there, like, really? Not only will I not come back, but I’ll be sure everyone knows how we were treated. I hope her boss gets her anger management classes and she could use some social skills too. ****edit: I originally gave one star, but the owner was so nice that I changed it to 4. Thankfully he left his number here to find and I was able to speak with him.”

“This may be the coolest Starbucks anywhere..decor is sleek and modern, low key, lots of tables and spaces..out door space is somewhat small. But definitely one if not the BEST Starbucks in the Triangle area. Service and drinks are at always good Starbucks standards.”

“Me and my family came to bowl and there was a tournament about to start in an hour. The GM explained to us the situation and we told him how far we traveled to come and he went out of his way to make sure we come back and that the kids enjoyed the arcade so they could have some fun before leaving. I will definitely return!! Being an GM for 12yrs myself, he was AWESOME 👌👏 I believe his name is Brett.”

“Granted I check out tomorrow :-( but this is the epitome of what a hotel stay should be. Cleanliness and Customer Service was spectacular! The hotel grounds are are just beautiful. I am not sure how they did but Umstead got it right! Their staff ...everyone on their staff - from the young lady who asked me if I wanted anything while I was just looking out the window to the receptionist, valet, pool assistant/lady..everyone had such a lovely attitude. The rooms were so clean. I am just super happy with this place. The store clerk at the hotel boutique was just so sweet and helpful. I can't say enough! This is what I expect from all hotels but unfortunately rarely received. It was exceptional. If I can I will be back :-)”

“Ate here for the first time . I was late to meet my group, but already impressed that they had brought out ice water for everybody. The sandwich I ordered which had barbecue chicken, melted cheese which I had on honey whole wheat bread which was toasted perfectly. I took a loaf home, for myself and my husband as I was pleased that it was dairy free. (He is allergic to milk.)They actually have a nice variety of dairy free breads which is often not the case in the bakery's I've visited in this area. The place was spotless although we did remind them that the small trash can in front needed emptying. Overall it was a great place for a nice lunch out with the girls.”

“The baked goods here are amazing! The chocolate crinkle cookie is one of my all time favorites when it comes to cookies. The food is also good. The spinach feta quiche is one of my favorites. The vinegarette that they make is also amazing, it's one of the few salad dressings I actually like. The coffee is... Fine, I guess. It's not bad, but it's also not great. The biggest issue is that the flavor syrups are absolutely awful. Its aggressively average. The staff are nice and very helpful. Service isn't too slow, but it's definitely not fast. Getting baked goods is usually fairly quick, but food can take 10-15 minutes for a single dish some days. Seating can be a nightmare here some days. Coming during typical lunch hours usually means every table is full. I'm usually able to find seating since I'm alone, but trying to find a table for 3 or more is definitely going to be difficult on weekends or at lunch. The biggest issue is cost. La Farm is EXPENSIVE. A quiche slice and a latte is nearly $20 after tax. Add a couple pastries and you can easily be looking at $25-30 for a single meal plus a dessert pastry. The brunch menu can be a slightly better deal since it comes with a scone and breakfast potatoes, but it's still pricey. I'd recommend La Farm if you're looking for a slightly nicer lunch/brunch location.”
