Mulino Italian Kitchen & Bar

The best pasta I have ever tasted and the service was even better! I cannot wait to come back here. I would expect to pay $200+ for a meal and service of this quality, our bill totaled less than $100 for two people. The setting is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food is the best Italian in the city.

First of all, the atmosphere is incredible! Second of all, the food is so amazing- fresh and homemade! BUT... what impressed me the most is how the staff helped my dreams come true! My boyfriend (now fiance) planned a surprise proposal. The manager came to the table right after our food was placed and pulled a tray out from behind his back. He announced that they were also serving a very special dish. In the middle of the tray, was my engagement ring! A waitress captured my proposal on video and sent it to us. I was blown away!!! They helped make our night so magical. None of what they did is required and it helped make our night so special. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. There are no words to fully express our gratitude! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Our apartment community hosted a resident event at Mulino and it was nothing short of perfect. We had over 80 residents attend and enjoyed a pasta station, a pizza station, a carving station and much more. The response from our residents was overwhelmingly positive. It was their favorite event that we've hosted by far!

The atmosphere, food, and service are unmatched and I recommend everyone go there to try it out, you will not be disappointed.

There are so many amazing things about Mulino, I struggle to decide where to start. I have been to Mulino over 5+ times and every time I go, I leave full and satisfied.

When you first get to Mulino, the ambiance of the outdoor patio and water feature instantly brings you in. The lighting and amble space throughout the outdoor seating area makes it perfect for a date, or even a private party.

The first thing I do whenever I first get to my table is order a cocktail. The last few times I was at Mulino, I chose to sit at the bar, and my bartender Cory did an AMAZING job. Not only was his old fashion one of the best I've had in Raleigh, but he also crafted some personalized cocktails that were out of this world.

When I tell you this is the best Italian food in Raleigh, I'm not even scratching the surface. The homemade egg-yolk pasta is so tender and delicious you can't help but keep eating it, even when you are stuffed. You can tell that everything is made fresh, and with care. Mulino is a restaurant I will be going to for years to come, and on a regular basis!
