“Been here a few times since opening. I've watched the owner rapidly making changes to hone things in. Changing staff was a big one. Others had mentioned that they seemed to just not get some things right with ordering or in food quality. this seems to have been heavily addressed. Was there last Friday night with wife an adult kids. We had a ball at the bar eating and drinking Mojitos and Havana Club drinks celebrating the holidays. It was very obvious they were interested in being successful because as we ordered various dishes they expressed great concern in the taste and if it were hot/cold etc and made suggestions how to eat some portions in their culture -- this made it more special. I took note of the waitress in the dining room -- she was a complete expert and bilingual as well. She was doing this work effortlessly. I watched because of my initial experience was definitely that of an uncoordinated staff. But each visit was better, but now ... they rock. So ... food is very good, staff is attentive, drinks are like you're sitting in south beach. This place can transform you and that's what I'm after when I go there.”

Jason, the owner's crew makes them, Juicy, cooked to order with high grade beef and your choice of cheese, and you can order it several different styles. French Fries are fresh cut there, cooked to order and done perfectly, and their craft beer selection and bar is 1st rate. Friendly people, Friendly atmosphere, not set-up like a Fast-Food Joint. If you are not 100% satisfied, tell them and they will make it right for you. I rate them a 5 stars out of 5 stars.”

The temps in the area have been super hot last few weeks. I also have beef with the lack of clean tables to choose from. I believe with the amount of staff and the number of patrons there should have been someone able to wipe the tables down (just my opinion). May give it another shot, not sure?”

“The family and I try to make it to mizu two to three times a month. The service is wonderful, and the food is amazing! The only thing that would make it better would be a little less on the prices, besides the higher prices, everything else is amazing and worth a try. Warning, you may get hooked after your first try. My favorite sushi rolls would , hands down, be the Mary roll, geisha roll, and the No. 10. The fiance loves their hibachi and the cucumber special roll. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of higher prices.”

“I usually like Bruegger's Bagels in Wakefield. I pass other bagel places on my way to Bruegger's just to get their bagels because I think they are better. Early Sunday morning is when I like to go because it is less crowded, the bagels are still warm and, well...it's Sunday morning. Over the last months I've been disappointed several times because they are out of the most popular bagel...everything bagels. The last two times in a row unfortunately. The person in line ahead of me also had the same complaint "Two days in a row No Everything Bagel's" I let the staff know that I was disappointed and they were polite enough and apologized explaining that "The everything bagels go so fast" but I still had no Sunday morning bagels. I thought to myself...If a bagel shop owner knows that a certain flavor bagel sells much faster than the others why wouldn't they make enough of that particular flavor to meet the constant demand? Sure, there were other bagel flavors available but lots of us like everything bagels and that's why they are sometimes out of them. If this was an isolated experience I would not have taken the time to post this review. In fact this is the first Google review I've ever written. I just thought if nobody says anything the manager may not know to do something about it.”

“Staff needs to work on customer service. We entered the store to get subs. No one else in line, we went to order sign and waited. Associate was cleaning counter, did not acknowledge us until we said something. We placed our order, associate putting condiments on didn't understand what I wanted when I said I wanted everything except tomatoes and mayo. Only got lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar. Didn't watch because I was trying to pay but was charged to much for my order. All around unpleasant experience. Gave 3 stars because the subs were good. Will think twice about going to this location again.”

When I got there to pickup, the lady offered to help me carry the food to the car. When I told her that I thought I could get it myself, she said, "Well, at least let me open the door for you."
