Staff was pleasant and some customers who we're in the store paid it forward by giving us some coupons to use! Hope the chain continued after we played our part. “Very good authentic Italian cuisine. Service can be slow from time to time but it's 100% forgivable because the food itself is off the charts no matter what you get. Ambiance is just right too. They play lots of classics from the 60s for music and it's a very welcoming environment. Would recommend this highly, even though it's not super cheap.”

“This has got to be the best Chipolte I've eaten at. The food is always fresh and hot and they don't skimp on portion sizes. I love that they're open till 10, as it makes it super convenient for us to pop in real quick to get an order to go as we are headed home from riding the slopes. The staff is always very friendly and prompt. It's the only "fast food" option we will eat in the area. I was so excited when I found out there was one in the area and every time we've gone its been a 10/10 experience.”

“By far our favorite spot in the high country. While not the easiest spot to get into, it is well worth the drive and twists to get there. Valet parking eases the trip a bit too. But don't let the "Game" in the name scare you. I have brought clients in from all over that are afraid of Elk, Bison or Rabbit. It is all farm raised, and perfectly prepared. If available, try the sampler platter. A little bit of everything and could be an entree. It all is a bit pricey, but nearly all the truly great places here are in that category. If possible get a reservation. It fills up quickly and pretty cozy so it is not that big.”

“Beautiful setting at the Chetola Lodge. I was able to make reservation on Google very easily. Great service, incredible selection of drinks and dishes. Our food was cooked and prepared perfectly. There is also a nice patio area with a fire overlooking a lake. Convenient to Blowing Rock and Boone. When we were there they had musicians playing in the lobby area, not sure how often they have this. It really made for a great atmosphere.”
