“GREAT PIZZA, poor customer service! I ordered the dlx & 1 topping deal. My wife doesn't like mushrooms so I asked them to substitute the mushrooms for banana peppers. The lady that took my order said they can't substitute and even if I dropped the mushrooms she would have to charge me $1.50. I said, "screw it" and ordered it with no mushrooms. Funny thing is, they didn't take $1.50 off my order. I don't see a problem substituting WITHIN REASON. Meat for a meat veggie for a veggie. I would even bet that banana peppers are cheaper than mushrooms!”

“Love coming to town and having my hometown favorite. But not super happy this time. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they made pepperoni and sausage. It is bad when you are feeding picky eaters and your order is wrong. You would of thought I would of got the pizza for half price of some discount. But all the wrong pizza and my ham and cheese pizza was over cooked/burnt and dry, even asking for extra sauce. Saddens me since I can only get Cassano's pizza a few times a year and one of the times it's bad.”

“In my own opinion... Myself, personally speaking is that I think that Dragon Express is The Most Amazing Chinese Take-out, around here!! Jim is one of the best, and super friendly, and kindest Delivery Men that they have there! Ask for Jim if he's working please, just trust me!!! Please give the Delivery/Drivers, Men & Women, a good tip, if you're actually able to, I do understand that some people are just simply not able to and that's 100% understandable, I have been there before. So I'm most definitely not saying anything derogatory about any other Customers at all, so no one take offense please!!! I'm peaceful! I always do personally give a great tip to The Drivers/Delivery Men & Women,! ???? They very much deserve it! They've delivered to me in rain, sleep, snow, and even practically a blizzard, they are all such very hard, great workers, and lovely people! The food & Drinks, that I've always ordered from there, has always, never been less quality for myself, than hot & fresh, and very delicious, as well! Their service, and delivery time is also very excellent! I've hardly ever had to wait even 45 min. for delivery time, even on the busiest days they have! I very much highly Recommend them & highly Recommend, Delivery Man Jim!!! ????????????????????????????”

“Ordered online, the order tracker was very helpful. The pizza was at my door in under 20 mins with a 30 minute estimate time. The delivery driver was very friendly & informed me that they upgraded my medium pizza to a large. (That works for me!!) Still piping hot & delicious!”
