It might be cumbersome to drive into Hamilton to get it, but show up early for pickup so you can leave with it piping hot and you will thank me later. Lately though, the "freaky fast" motto hasn't been happening. They used to have my food to me within minutes (I live really close) but now I'm lucky if they get to me in 30 mins. The food is great though. Maybe they are just struggling with staff”

The people are always friendly and courteous. And finally, the speed at which they make the pizza is literally 10 to 15min Max, every single time... “GREAT PIZZA, poor customer service! I ordered the dlx & 1 topping deal. My wife doesn't like mushrooms so I asked them to substitute the mushrooms for banana peppers. The lady that took my order said they can't substitute and even if I dropped the mushrooms she would have to charge me $1.50. I said, "screw it" and ordered it with no mushrooms. Funny thing is, they didn't take $1.50 off my order. I don't see a problem substituting WITHIN REASON. Meat for a meat veggie for a veggie. I would even bet that banana peppers are cheaper than mushrooms!”

It is bad when you are feeding picky eaters and your order is wrong. You would of thought I would of got the pizza for half price of some discount. But all the wrong pizza and my ham and cheese pizza was over cooked/burnt and dry, even asking for extra sauce. Saddens me since I can only get Cassano's pizza a few times a year and one of the times it's bad.”

“I had been wanting to visit Bruno's for a long time. When I was a kid, I bicycled 20 miles to get to Oxford on a lark. Stopped at Bruno's, saw them hand tossing the dough up above their heads to stretch the dough. This trip I stopped in on this visit when they were just opening up at 5pm. Asked how long they were open - 2:30 am. Thought okay, I'll just come back later. Came back at 8:55pm, the dining room was closed. Closed at 9pm, If you want to dine in, its okay from 5 - 9pm. If you come later then just do what I did order pizza to go, and take it back to the hotel. It was good, not quite as good as Giordano's in Chicago, but still very good.”

Jim is one of the best, and super friendly, and kindest Delivery Men that they have there! Ask for Jim if he's working please, just trust me!!! Please give the Delivery/Drivers, Men & Women, a good tip, if you're actually able to, I do understand that some people are just simply not able to and that's 100% understandable, I have been there before. So I'm most definitely not saying anything derogatory about any other Customers at all, so no one take offense please!!! I'm peaceful! I always do personally give a great tip to The Drivers/Delivery Men & Women,! ???? They very much deserve it! They've delivered to me in rain, sleep, snow, and even practically a blizzard, they are all such very hard, great workers, and lovely people! The food & Drinks, that I've always ordered from there, has always, never been less quality for myself, than hot & fresh, and very delicious, as well! Their service, and delivery time is also very excellent! I've hardly ever had to wait even 45 min. for delivery time, even on the busiest days they have!
