    The employees here are so polite and helpful on the late night shift. My s/o and I have had hortible experience with fast food all over Springfield, Ohio in the last month. This Arby's was the first good (more like fantastic) experience we have had with fast food in a long time around here.

    Ms. Jade was very polite and such a model employee! Loved the food. I come back time and time again because the service is so great
