Chick-fil-A

I have been there twice now and am very disappointed. I have always been a big fan. The chicken original chicken sandwich has always can out warm an not over cooked. Mine has been somewhat cold and dry as a bone.
Not sure if I am willing to give it another chance.

Chick-fil-a in Springfield is a dream come true. Got their breakfast opening day and was welcomed with many smiles, bells and cheers. Once I ordered got my food in under 10 mins. And went back for lunch and got my pick up fast too. Chicken was great. And it’s gonna only be better as they are open longer.

Awesome experience as always! The crew was handling opening day like bosses.
The chicken was the best I’ve tasted. Y’all knocked it out of the park. So excited to have Chick-fil-A nearby. ❤️

We went during the lunch hour on their grand opening, and everything ran smoothly from my perspective. Friendly service, delicious food, and a clean atmosphere. It seemed a bit overwhelming at first seeing how many people were in the drive thru and in the lobby, but finding parking was easy, and our food came out in a timely manner. I was very pleased!

Thankful for this new location. Same great service you’d expect from being at other Chick-fil-A locations, even on opening day! Kind service, good food. Welcome to Springfield & congratulations to Chris L. & the crew for a good first morning of business.
