“My wife and I are from Ashtabula. We ate there one time today, and wish we had one of these in Ashtabula! Excellent food, service and atmosphere! I recommend the grilled chicken club sandwich! This place is extremely clean, including the restrooms. The service, and management extremely friendly. Great for singles, kids, and families. After a nice lunch or dinner, you can get ice cream 🍨. This place has some history on the walls of Freddy and his brothers in service uniforms. I come from a family of veterans, and it really hits home. God Bless Freddy, his brothers, and family!”

“This place was definitely worth the hype. The fruit was fresh, the waffles were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, the crepes were on point. The Ferrero Rocher was my personal favorite. The tapioca in the Boba tasted authentic, they had a lot of different flavors to try so I can't wait to try them all😋 Now let's talk about the staff they were extremely friendly and helpful helping us with ordering. They were very clean and had such a cute setup for pictures. I highly recommend it”

“Wow! We’ve driven past this ice cream shop many times but haven’t tried them out. Such a great shop. They are dog friendly and offer doggy Sundays for your K9 friends. They had a wide variety of ice creams and Sundays. Flavors seemed to rotate on a weekly basis. I want to come back and try the different ice cream cakes and pies. So many different options to customize your tasty treat. The only gripe is that some of the chairs seemed super flimsy. But other than that I plan on coming back during the summer to enjoy come frozen snacks. Keep up the good work.”

“I noticed that Sarku was now outside of Great Northern mall and stopped here a couple weeks ago. I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I got the Teriyaki chicken combo with fried rice, no veges, dumplings, and a soda. The chicken was tender and delicious, no fatty pieces at all, the sauce was thicker and better tasting then it was last time I had it in the mall - absolutely delicious! - and the dumplings were good. I ate the entire meal even though it was a lot of food. I stopped there again yesterday and had the same meal except I had the spring rolls instead of dumplings, and I saved a lot of it for leftovers. The spring rolls were a bit overcooked on the outside but delicious inside. The teriyaki chicken and fried rice tasted great again, and was still delicious the next day after warming up the leftovers in my microwave.”

The beautiful young lady behind the counter informed me that donuts are seasonal and their ice cream machine, though it is only 2 days old, is broken down!! Still, I ordered a cotton candy cupcake for me and a chocolate chocolate for my husband, and... they are COLOSSAL as it says! I couldn't finish mine. I've saved it for later.”

“We had a good experience at Fat Heads. Our server was very nice and explained things when we had questions. The food arrived hot with everything we asked for. The beers were great and refreshing. The atmosphere is really neat around the bar and entrance. Towards the back it feels a little less special with views right into the prep area with views of employees snacking and talking from the booth we sat at but didn’t take away from the overall experience. Perhaps some swinging doors would help there. Overall I will be back and recommend as a fun brew pub!”

“Had a wonderful meal here. Our server was very patient and helpful since it was our first time here. She explained everything on the menu and what to expect. There are different heat levels so be sure to ask about those before you order. I got the baby spice level and it was awesome. No spice, really, which is what I wanted. My husband got medium heat and he really liked it. We both got the combo with shrimp and mussels and it was fantastic. I ordered the corn fritters as an appetizer and they were a tad bit over done but still had great flavor. Tastes home made, for sure. We will certainly be back.”

“Jeez, for everyone complaining, they just opened a few days ago - their staff is probably still training. I went today, expecting slower service with the newer staff, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were so fast, I didn't wait at all between ordering and picking up my food. The staff was super nice and did a great job. The food was hot and fantastic as Raising Cane's always is. So glad to have one in North Olmsted!”

Found out later per cashier that after reaching 100 orders online they apparently turn off the app feature from processing. Drive thru line was extremely long but moved steadily. I love this place but they need a bigger parking lot with entrance and exit signs. Drivers were entering and exiting both way which created alot of confusion to see who would go first. Coffee tasted great and was greeted wonderfully by the employees which took the stress away.”

“Oh my, this place was great. The food was outstanding - started with the tater tots, which were actually made out of fried hash browns... so good. I had the chopped brisket steak sandwich... I can't even explain how good it was. Everything I saw coming out to people's tables looked excellent. This place gets busy! Call ahead if you can. Also, it is pretty loud, so if you have people who are hard of hearing, it may not be for them. Beer selection is good, but not standout (maybe 10 drafts). The manager was really nice - he saw that we had waited for 10 or so minutes and offered to put us into a two top at the bar, even though there was three of us. Worked out great!”
