This was the first time I experienced cream cheese with a fried egg on top and the combination is a game changer. “Oh my, this place was great. The food was outstanding - started with the tater tots, which were actually made out of fried hash browns... so good. I had the chopped brisket steak sandwich... I can't even explain how good it was. Everything I saw coming out to people's tables looked excellent. This place gets busy! Call ahead if you can. Also, it is pretty loud, so if you have people who are hard of hearing, it may not be for them. Beer selection is good, but not standout (maybe 10 drafts). The manager was really nice - he saw that we had waited for 10 or so minutes and offered to put us into a two top at the bar, even though there was three of us. Worked out great!”

“Excellent family run diner/restaurant! Very relaxed, laid back atmosphere, and good tasting, quality food too. Our french toast and omelets were delicious, and our coffee cups were kept full! The owners and servers are very kind as well, and service was fast. I'd rather give my hard earned money to local, 'mom and pop' owned and run diners, as opposed to more expensive national chains. The Big Egg fits the bill perfectly.”

“This was my first time getting Cocky’s from their new location and it was sooooo good. I’ve gotten it before from their food trucks and seriously loved it. It’s so cute inside and has such a good atmosphere. The girl working up front, Julia I think, was so nice and even gave me suggestions because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Usually I stick with the breakfast sandwiches, but she suggested the Cocky’s Club and it was incredible! It was really well made and filling too. Definitely coming back, great food and great service.”

“Situated in a neighborhood in an a plain unassuming building, this little shop was our go-to office "splurge" lunch a few times a year. Delicious sandwiches (breakfast and deli!), prepared salads, and a great selection of dinner entrees and bakery! They also have a selection of snacks to compliment. Although I never purchased any, their wine selection seems extensive. I'd stop for a lunch sandwich combo during the week or a breakfast sandwich on a Saturday. I considered this place a "little gem in Bay."”

“One of the most enjoyable evenings we have had in quite some time. The food is excellent. We had three very different entrees, pasta, veal and halibut - all were superior. The mussel appetiser was the best any of us had ever had and we all well traveled. Best mussels in Ohio, yep! It's the sauce. Priscilla, our server made the experience even more enjoyable. Informed, relaxed yet prompt, and a joy to talk to. The ambiance was perfect given the quaint springlike setting. Although we dined inside, it would have also been the perfect out on the patio. I wouldn't recommend stopping upstairs at the bar for a drink first. The drinks are excellent, but the hustle was a tad disconcerting. Not enough to take off a star from the wonderful experience we had with our special out of town guests.”

“This was a great McDonald's experience. The food was well above average quality for McDonald's. What makes it stand out is the amazing customer experience. My son and I ate in the restaurant. Ordering went quickly and smoothly. It was the lunch rush and they had each terminal open. Staff was working effectively, not discombobulated. Food came quickly as you would expect during non peak hours. The manager came out and was very nice to my son who is 5, he had the experienced grandpa personal,just an overall sweet souled fellow. And invited us to come back and gave my son a card for a free happy meal. The restaurant was very clean and so was the bathroom! The only inconvenience was when we left (still lunch rush) was the drive through was backed up behind where we parked. So I would suggest parking on the far side of the building (there are signs for additional parking).”
