“I frequent this location often with my kids. I have always had at least a good server, but I haven't always had great service. Yesterday the team seemed to be on the ball. The food always comes out as expected. We come back for the food especially. I usually go for the Garlic Burger or the Triple Steak Burger. The prices are also great. The rewards program earns discounts quickly. I think last night I got four meals for under $13 with my rewards coupon. Drive thru can take some time, but it's a little bit to be expected.”

“The steak is great, but I'm disappointed that some other items have gone downhill. For instance the salads have changed quite a bit over the past few years and you get much smaller portions now and it doesn't taste as good. Some of our favorite menu items have been removed as well, such as the Steak Diane. Still a very nice place for a good steak, but for the price and the reduced options/portions, we have not been going back as often. If this changes I will gladly update my review.”

“Went here with 2 very picky eaters, both enjoyed their meals very much. I had the hot honey chicken sandwich and I cannot reccomend enough. It was sweet with just a little spice and perfectly crispy with moist chicken inside. Service was really excellent, we were served by Chris (this was his second day) and he did a fantastic job. Made us feel welcome and gave great recommendations on food and drinks. Next time I find myself in the Columbus area, I will almost definitely come back.”

“We ordered a simple hamburger and fries. The hamburger was excellent! It was cooked to our preference, hot off the grill, and juicy! The hamburgers are 1/2 pound of beef. The fries were good and hot. Their fries are the kind that have a light coating of something and were tasty. We requested mayo on the side which was a really nice amount for us. (My friend and I shared this meal as we often do.) We requested 2 cokes to go which were served in small carry-out coffee cups, sipping only, no straws. We wanted to sit on the patio but it was closed to a large party. As we were leaving I noticed a table that seated 2 people on the patio, separate from the large party. The atmosphere is dark brown interior which to me is gloomy and the music was loud. (Not good if too hungry and/or have a headache.) There were 2 TVs both on the same sports channel (volleyball) which was fine. The waitress was nice. They were opening up the patio as they have some outdoor games if interested in playing the games. I will be willing to return for a hamburger again but only seated on the patio, go at a really slow time, or carryout.”

“I never leave reviews but had to when I came across a recent review from a gentlemen who caused a scene while I was there with my husband last Saturday. I think the gentlemen SWARUP NAYAK who left the negative review was the person who came in and was arguing with the staff when we were there dining. I do not know all the details but what I heard was the manager telling him they can only honor one free mobile promotion per person. I think this individual was asking for numerous free product and he was by himself. The manager was very nice but walked away after this person refused to leave until he received all his free orders even throwing the one free product at another employee because he wanted all of his free orders or nothing I guess. I must say, as a business owner myself, the manager was much more calm and polite than I would have been. I would have called the police on him. It is people like this who try and abuse coupons/promotions that ruin it for everyone else. Get a job and quit trying to steal. To the staff that was there...I am sorry you have to deal with people like this. Just know that we appreciate everything you do. We come there often and it is always excellent and you are always very kind so thank you.”

“Great care is taken for gluten free customers! They use a separate slicer and will clean the grill off (for hot subs). They use Udi's sub buns and prepare your sandwich on a clean deli paper away from the main area so as not to come in contact with any bread crumbs. Been coming to this location for years and came back when they got Udi's bread a year ago and still my favorite location in Columbus!”
